No.29 Bar and Kitchen at The Kensington in Great Yarmouth

Lovely little hotel, bright and clean. Tidy clean room and dining/bar area. On the beachfront and a short walk to the arcades and entertainment area of the promenade.

Arrived early so Room wasn't ready but was able to leave car in car park nothing was a problem all the staff were very friendly and helpful I would recomend to anybody first class service at a very reasonable price and not least very pet friendly

In need of a good deep clean in most areas. Food however was good. Bar closed at 10pm which was far too early. Shower not strong had better in a caravan. Sadly like everywhere else staff hard to come by. Will not return

We were given room no 8 that was extremely noisy and the immersion heater was directly above so it sounded as water was coming through the ceiling. So we moved to no 24 on second floor which was nicer but the shower button didnt work and you heard the hotel doors being opened and shut. I think the price was more than overrated for one night.

What a clean and well presented place this was. The breakfast was prepared and delivered on cue, and again well presented. The staff being friendly and attentive. Thank you, our overnight stay went without a hitch 👍

Fantastic we stayed for two nights, room worth it's price we pointed out that the bed could do with better mattress as this made the bed very low for us ,this was taken on board by the member staff Tom in a very professional way ,food was fantastic could not fault in anyway especially the Sunday dinner which is a must try ,all the girls was very helpful from start to finish especially amber nothing was ever to much trouble this is definitely a member of staff to keep , even the new starters did well in there jobs, we will definitely be coming back to this hotel soon. it is also most definitely in the top five of our hotels we have stayed at, so to all the staff and management we would like to thank you again for making our stay so welcoming, many thanks Elvis and Laura stooke Grantham Lincolnshire

Excellent value for money. The breakfast is great and the staff are so helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The room was over priced for want it was. The fire door didn't shut properly. We were next the stairs. People going up and down all night. Dogs in the hotel. Breakfast wasn't good. TV in the room was damaged. Windows weren't clean. Bed were uncomfortable.

A really nice place to stay for that short break affordable and great value for those on a budget with beautiful front seat sea views and free parking. The staff are very friendly and accommodating going the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast that comes with the stay was also value for money included in our booking. All attractions nearby within close walking distance along with many places to eat from. We will visit again on our next half term break.

stayed for 2 nights. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. Callum particularly, who dealt with our every need. Excellent location, and very clean. Breakfast (included) was lovely. We ate dinner there on both nights, as the food is very good, they obviously have an excellent chef. Only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is the shower didn't work, and the remote for the TV didn't work. Not sure what all the people on here are whinging about, except that we only paid £50 a night, but if I'd paid £100+ I wouldn't have been happy about the shower.
