Pepper Grill in Great Yarmouth

i ordered from here every week and loved it, i collected stamps through just eat, but when i tried to redeem it, my order was cancelled without any explanation, i called you and was told you dont do stamp cards, now i cant order through just eat anymore, as my discount is applied automatically at the pay point. this is very bad sevice as we were very loyal customers.

Breaking the law by charging customers 50p to use a bank card. Explain this but owners don't care. Will be reporting to trading standards.

We've ordered from Pepper Grill a few times and each time the food has been top quality. It is freshly cooked and presented to a very high standard. The burgers are great and there is lots of choice. Delivery is always very prompt and the food arrives piping hot. Would definitely recommend 👌 👍

Great food every time, very consistent and good prices.

This used to be an easy five star restaurant but I have to say it's gone a bit downhill in recent times. Customer service wise we did have a pricing problem last time which was resolved in the end although not as promptly and courteously as we would have liked. I have ordered from here for something like 15 years since the day it opened up as bbq house 2. After reading the responses from the owner on here I have decided not to order again. Accusing people of being drunk just isn't very good customer service etiquette wether they are or not just apologise for it and be the bigger person and at least they might come back. The picture I've included shows a reply to what is, I believe, a woman's name, with the owner claiming they were actually a drunk man. Make of that what you will but I have included it as a lesson in customer service.Have a good day everyone.Ryan

This place is the best. What a kebab shop! Best in town by far, always cooked fresh and tasty. Speedy and friendly service. Cannot reccomend enough!

AVOID!! Disgusting how can they think its acceptable. Burnt pizza undercooked chicken the chips were cold and a greasy ball. None of the family got a treat tonight instead we wasted our MONEY. I didn't eat all my food, also im male not that it should make a difference. Dirty place

Absolutely disgusting! Waited an hour for food only to discover they had mucked the order up. Then waited another hour for them to deliver the correct order. Tried phoning while we waited but no one answered. The chips were so dried up as was the meat. Wouldn't feed it to my dog. What a waste of £40!!!!! Avoid like the plague.( no option to leave zero stars)

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER! SOME OF THE FOOD WAS RAW! IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN COOKED AT THE LAST MINUTE AND THE PIZZA WAS COMPLETELY BURNED! IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO ARRIVE! I RUNG THE SHOP ANOUT MY CONCERNS AND I COULDNT GET HOLD OF ANYONE, AND WHAN I DID THEY JUST HUNG UP ON ME!!! DISCUSTING FOOD AND DISCUSTING SERVICE!!! SOMEONE OFFICIAL SHOULD LOOK INTO ALL THESE COMPLAINTS THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RIP YOU OFF ☠☠☠🤮

I have always loved pizza but pizza made at a kebab shop is another thing that i love even more. So when i saw this place i thought yes why not. So i went for a base made of garlic which i was not a fan of but the pizza was really good but my mistake i should have gone with regular tomato base. But it was a bit oily and also some staff was a bit rude towards us but i can only blame it on the fact that they were busy. The place is clean and you also have somewhere to sit and eat. Would eat there again as some food on their menu really got my attention
