Pizza Hut in Great Yarmouth

Staff are lovely and the buffet is a great offer for me and my pizza loving little one

Visited here on Good friday. We had booked a table, although I'm glad we did so we didn't have to worry as it was busy. I don't think it would have been an issue if we hadn't booked. The staff were lovely, unfortunately can't remember the waitress' name but she was great. Very attentive and although ordering on our phones, she kept popping over to check we were managing ok. Unfortunately we had no cash on us to leave a tip but we would have done if we did. Would be great if we could have added a tip somehow at the end. We had to pay when we ordered and didn't want to add a tip at that point as have no idea how the experience would be. We looked at adding a free tap water to our table just to pay a tip but it wouldn't let us. I do find Pizza Hut to be quite expensive but if we ever fancy it again we will definitely return to this Pizza Hut again.

1st time in years I had been in pizza hut but 1st ever here. Staff friendly and helpful, card payment only.. Food nt as remember it some what disappointed. Will be a long time before I return to any pizza hut

Nicola and Jordan went well beyond normal levels of service. They both made our visit hugely enjoyable and ensured we will return whenever possible. The quality of the food was exceptional and the service first rate and very friendly.

Popped in there for a meal with my kids food was nice staff were pleasant

Lovely pizza tho couldn't finish used to order thin base but found that it got colder quicker so now I order pan base and this helps it stay hotter for longer. Also worth a visit just for the salad bar!

Nicole was so friendly couldn’t do enough for us to make are experience a good one she was very patient when it took me ages to find my evoucher everything tasted really nice I do however find it’s gotten really expensive so we don’t come as much as whah we used to which is a shame as used to come once a week to once a fortnight

Just wanted to apologise to the staff of the Great Yarmouth Pizza Hut...We're very sorry we had the audacity of wanting to order food from our table while you were all chatting away with each other at the front of the almost empty restaurant the whole time.So after half an hour waiting, we felt we should quietly leave, less we inconvenience you any further from your private conversation such as also having to take said food to our table.Don't worry, we won't trouble you again with our business. So you can freely chat away uninhibited.

Visited during the pandemic (9.6.21)A limited menu, salad was in a small bowl rather than the salad bar. There were 4 other people eating besides myself, so not exactly crowded. The delivery guys were doing a brisk trade.The pizza was no less delicious than it always is, the salad was very fresh and pudding was.... oooo so delicious. The staff really need your support during these strange times, so why not pop along and show your support.

Pizza hut is were you get pizza. But menu was a bit confusing. On menu it says unlimited free salad but then we found it's unlimited but on per bowl. Refills are unlimited. Anyways.Drinks are same. Unlimited refills but they will charge per glass.Due to this misunderstand children thought, it's free and took as much glasses as they wanted and bowls as many as they wanted.And I had to pay Extara 50 pounds. Heavy on poket. But was great experience. Nice food.
