Good menu and a very good chef. We were told that they like to use only fresh food and this was obvious in our choice - calamari, rack of ribs and Cajun blackened salmon fillet. Can't comment on the desserts as we were too full to be able to do them justice. Good drinks menu too including cocktails.

Nice family friendly restaurant. A range of food was on offer. It would have been nice to be told the specials instead of searching around the restaurant for them. Service was very slow, getting our food 1hr after ordering, but a pleasant enough experience.

Staff friendly and polite, food was great and plenty!! Couldn't manage a dessert. Perhaps another time... My 3 year old son took a shine to one of the waitresses! Throughly recommend this restaurant.

We decided to try Porterhouse as we had a burger deal voucher abd we were nit disappointed.Build-your-own burger with a plain burger and salad at £7.95 then you choose your toppings from a list (prices from £1). We had chilli and jalapenos and I also had cheese. It was accompanied with a basket of fries. It was a really nice burger, very filling and we had no room for a dessert.The staff were friendly and helpful and we would definately go again.

Great cocktails, nice decor and seating. The roof terrace is lovely when it's warm as it overlooks the beach. Not a massive range of food but the dishes they do serve are great.

Went in last week for a meal. Was hoping to sit on the roof but was told they offer this service during the school holidays. After hearing a lot of bad reviews I thought I would try it myself. It was quiet but we were greeted by a well presented guy and was made to feel very welcome. The service was great so was the food. Portion sizes was great. We had a drink on the roof after which we had to ourselves. The only down side was the table in the corner where they do there paperwork but otherwise great experience. Will definitely visit again.

No one arrived to take a drinks order after we were seated, then nobody arrived to take food order after that. Food was good but one of our party only received part of what she ordered and had to go and ask for the rest. One redeeming feature was being seated in a glass fronted area which was nice.
