Great place to get your late breakfast before visiting the pleasure beach. Breakfast and tea tasty. Felt this was good value for money. Big kids loved the sausage, bacon and egg bap. Plenty to keep them going.

Lovely food, friendly staff and a very clean place. Would highly recommend. Be aware though they are now on autumn opening times, so only open Saturday and Sunday.

Quick service. Was told they would put sauce on chicken sandwich, they didn't. Food is okay.

Amazing fresh homemade food buttermilk chicken coujons were amazing, with lovely sea views as well.

Fantastic tea room. Great location by the sea. We took our dog and sat outside overlooking the sea. Although digs can go inside. Food abs service was great. We have eaten there 3 times this week and good to return before we go home. Very impressed.

Stumbled across this by accident but what a beautiful place. Absolutely blooming with colour on the patio. Some food was out of stock as they had been busy but what we had was good. Added bonus dog friendly even with a doggy menu. Loved it

Nice spot and staff are friendly. My veggie breakfast wasn't the best though. Very over-fried and i think the mushrooms might have been deep fat fried too. Altogether a bit too greasy for me but the jacket potato my other half had looked good and he enjoyed that

Very busy tearoom with a good range of meals, snacks and of course cakes. Lots of butter on the jacket potatoes as this photos shows! Chicken goujons and cakes very good. Worth a visit.
