Could have done with a good scrub. Looked closed but when I tried the door I found it open. The windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months.Ok....a positive. It's a pub and not a restaurant. Fingers crossed it'll survive

Place needs some TLC. We were they only 2 in all night. Bit because it was a Mondsy night and we couldn't find any where else to eat because of the eat in to help out offer in other resturants we decided to stay and eat. My husband had gammon and I had the homemade salmon and brocoli fish cakes. To our surprise both meals were cooked really well and tasted loveley. We went back 2 nights later. We both had fish and again enjoyed the meals.

Basic but nice food. Landlord very friendly. Pub looks a little dated but I like that gives it character. Food was out in good time. Beer was well kept.

Staff very friendly. Always had a brilliant meal there. Home made, hot and very tasty. Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely little pub restaurant, really delicious food. Even did a meal that was perfect for our 16 month old on the children's menu. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth going to.

Dated and in need of a thorough clean. Food was mostly frozen and processed. The few 'homemade' dishes were inedible. No attempt was made by the staff to reimburse us, other than to ask if I would like another dish (which I wouldn't be able to stomach).

Small and cosy. Choice of meals which were lovely. Also do a lunch time special for £4-95 consisting of main course plus dessert. Well worth a visit.

Nice village pub. Stopped here for a coffee and snack lunch whilst completing a stretch of the Angles Way walk.Sandwich I had was basic but very reasonably priced.
