We where on holiday and wanted a Sunday roast we messaged the pub to make sure dogs could go in while eating street away said yes and booked us in Gary who runs pub was very friendly and helpful also thr regulars was welcoming would definitely recommend the pub and roast dinner value for money thanks

Booked a table in advance of our holiday to Great Yarmouth. Arrived at the table early and the staff got us straight to the table. All the staff really friendly and attentive. 100% recommend. Beautiful sunday dinner

Lovely pub with friendly landlord. Made to feel very welcomed. The food was delicious too an a very reasonable price.

Very welcoming to us and our two dogs, the staff immediately brought a water bowl for the dogs before we had even sat down. Good selection of pub food (chili Nacho's was my choice), all reasonably priced. Very friendly staff with locals also in the bar (always a good sign) Would highly recommend if you are in the area, they also have their own small car park and a beer garden

Great to find this gem of a pub. We were staying at local holiday park and didn't fancy the food on offer there! Lovely pub with great food and great friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. Good cider and ales. A real pub with friendly atmosphere and good home cooked food. Highly recommend.

6 people. 5 different meals. No complaints. Food outstanding. No one left hungry as portions are massive. Highly recommended

We were recommended by the guy at the Great Yarmouth yacht station when he kindly helped us Moore up. We phoned ahead as it was busy and they managed to fit us in. The staff were very friendly and the pub is dog friendly. We had the Sunday roast which was excellent and very well priced along with a great atmosphere.

We found this pub on trip advisor and because of the amazing reviews decided to give it a try.........what a brilliant pub! Staff were very friendly,attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious and piping hot. 5 of us ate there and had the 2 course Sunday roast. The pudding selection catered for everyone including a cheeseboard! Not often you see that as an alternative. We could not fault this place, we sat outside in the pretty courtyard garden surrounded by lovely plants, inside was extremely clean. Definitely will return, excellent value for money.

Amazing find looking for somewhere to have an evening meal whilst on holiday in Hopton. Totally dog friendly too in bar area only. Food, wow!! would've given it 6 stars or more! Yummy home made steak ale pie and fresh veg and other traditional fayre. Amazing 'old school' favourite puds too. Prices... way too reasonable, 3 courses for 4 people came to £55!!! (drinks purchased separately) So impressed, we've booked to go back for Sunday roast with the addition of musician during the afternoon.Gazebo plus large garden at the back plus friendly staff...and locals too. Would thoroughly recommend ❤

Most amazing place. Kindly fitted us in at short notice. Extremely friendly staff who were very attentive especially at this tricky time of the year. The food was outstanding...the best pub food I've ever had. Well done to you all....would highly recommend. Thank you very much x
