The Ship Inn in Great Yarmouth

Found this place after long walk along beach from Yarmouth,really relieved as I was very thirsty,minimal drink selection,pricey compared to some places but definitely worth the money to keep it here as a much needed resource. Nice beer garden to rear . Peaceful

Amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommended Sunday Roast and the deserts!

Food was good, but the drinks were very expensive. How you can justify £11.60 for a pint of lager and glass of prosecco from Asda is insane.

Popped in for a pint while we waited for fish and chips takeaway (from across the road). The welcome and the beer were wonderful and the chat with the resident locals was equally good.Was only here for half an hour but would definitely come back again if I’m in the area!

Friendly staff and locals Good food and great chip shop over the road both properties are with a visit.

Very good food, nice friendly pub which is dog friendly.

Lovely inside, dogs welcomed and fussed over, car parking is very limited and tight.

Possibly the worst meal I have ever paid for. The starter was OK (jalapeño popper's) but the main was a disappointment. The portion size was a joke,rice was overcooked and stodgy and the tortillas looked like they had been run over(chilli).Menu to limited and overpriced. Items missing from other people's meals...mushy peas x3. Poor choice of venue will not be returning.

A lovely village pub, friendly with a roaring fireplace. Will definitely be back and look forward to trying out the garden in summer!
