Fantastic little place with something for everyone and very reasonably priced. I can't usually eat all the batter on fish but I ate every bite here. Not a drop of grease.

Everything was great. Friendly service. Fish cooked while you wait. Good sized portions. Tasty perfectly cooked Cod. Giant Sausages! Love it, highly recommend

Came across this treasure coming away from the beach in a downpour! Stopped to have lunch. It is predominantly a chippy but the menu does list other items as well as battered mars bars! The food was nicely cooked and service with a smile and a brief chat that made us feel really welcome. We enjoyed the food so much that later in the week we ordered 'other items' from the online menu and had them delivered. The Lasagna and Chilli were just as good if not better than our previous food. Trishas is a little out the way, so can easily be overlooked but the food is fabulous.

Lovely little place fantastic food friendly service. Nothing is to much trouble for them. Just to say Thank you to the staff for your hard work.

Very good fish and chips. Everything cooked fresh so a bit of a wait but the young lads behind the counter were working really hard to keep up. Can see that the wait at really busy times could be an issue but couldn't fault the food.

I placed an order for just chips, fish, nuggets and curry sauce and mushy peas. First of all I was short changed by £4 and had to ask for it. I stood there for 39 minutes waiting for the food. Got back and they had missed the nuggets despite me asking if they were definitely in the bag because I would have an upset 6 year old if they weren’t. They weren’t in the bag. The chips had all congealed and stuck together. I can’t understand why they always get it so wrong there when it has the potential to be a decent place with a captive market

Interesting and freshly cooked but fish was very greasy with little crispy batter and chips were undercooked. Leaving very greasy chip paper and feeling disappointed in the meal

·

Very generous 2 stars purely because of the generous portions, after waiting almost 2 hours for a delivery it turnt up unsealed, I don't know if its a thing but I feel alot better knowing the delivery drivers can't tamper with my food....Every single items was drench in grease not just your average chippy amount, the chips look like they've been cooked in oil a good few months old! And the general taste of it all was all in all very poor.

If you are going to visit Trisha's chippy, you had better specify that you want your meet cooked, otherwise it will be RAW. Don't spend too much time on your order, because you wont get what you ask for anyway. Also, if you order online or on the phone, make sure you turn up on time so they can make you wait 15 minutes for your food to be cooked.Sarcasm aside, we ordered for collection at a certain time, had an email confirmation with the time on, and when we turned up they said they didn't know when we were collecting it so it wasn't ready. After a 15 minute wait, we were handed our food with a receipt from them WITH OUR COLLECTION TIME ON.Upon opening our food, the cheeseburger had no cheese and was so raw that a good vet could probably bring it back to life. The chips were cold, and the cheesy chips we ordered had no cheese on. Thoroughly disappointed and also feeling a little ill from biting into a raw burger.DO NOT GO TO TRISHA'S CHIPPY.
