Atlantic Fish Bar in Harlow

Last time I went the fish was made to order but my large fish was paper thin and in the worlds thickest batter, chips are still dreadful and no curry sauce. Tasted alright

Ordered from here last night. The chips were horrible and the fish was disgusting! Tasted of dirty oil and full of bones! It went in the bin and I definitely would not order from here again! I was also charged £1.20 for a can of Dr Pepper with had a 65p promotional on it and should not be sold for more than 65p. Yuck!!!

Food and wrapping dripping in oil, anemic semi hard chips. Fish good quality but spoilt by the oil slick! Ordered via just eat hence food had more time to get oil soaked. Not impressed!

I'm not one to post on these things and I have had some really nice food from this place, hence the 3 stars, I'm not sure if there is a change of ownership or this was a one/twice off? The last two orders I've had have both turned up without the pot of chilli sauce i asked for, not a crime, but i called to tell them that it was missing and not to worry about it, just remember for next time. When I opened my mixed kebab, the doner meat hat obviously been sliced off a good couple of hours earlier as it was tougher than my walking boots, so I gave it to my dog, my wife's chicken kebab was "lovely" in her words and I will give atlantic another chance as I always raved about their kebabs, so much so I recommended them to a friend of mine, I hope he didn't get what I just received, I really do...1 more chance Atlantic

Ordered through Just eat. Food was luke warm, fish was tough and the batter was chewy. Curry sauce was more like curry chunk. Not impressed at all.

Always great food, but be aware that menu prices are incorrect ie. Potato surprise (reg) are £2.70, not £2.00 as per website! 😢 May I suggest an update to avoid confusing & annoying people! 🤔

Ordered in the takeaway, staff girl was rude, waited 30 minutes. Went home finally to enjoy the wrong order. No pukka pie, 2 bits of chicken in the kebab only to be told by the cook down the phone we was lying. Finally they delivered our food again only to receive a box of chicken and nothing else. Waiting 30 minutes we got to see people returning to the shop to complain.

Used to use this place for our family fish and chips until they started serving fishing just dripping in fat. Went back on the off chance, fish is still the same, I ordered the Gyros/wrap which was ruined by being drenched in cheap sauce and tasted like absolute filth. Shame as my family has been using them.for 30 years

Worst place I’ve ever eaten no ones wearing hair nets or gloves touching meat and veg without washing their hands, I watched. Me and my mum ordered and reordered our food 3 times because they kept getting it wrong when I went down there to change it again coz it wasn’t what we asked for the two birds gave me filthy evils the whole time and the old man was rude and sweating all over the place literally dripping off him and then tried to tell me it wasn’t their fault for getting our food wrong when all we wanted was 2 wraps both with salad 1 with sauce and they were blaming me and my mum then when he did get it right he threw the food at me spilling half of it all over the floor and there was literally half an onion whole in my mums wrap disgusting service and so unhygienic no one should eat from here

Usually get your order right. Usually. But the pies are like gravy, pukka rubbish I think. Fish good, potato surprise great but its all expensive as heck and always too busy. Greedy management needs to get in more staff at least at prime time!
