BB's Coffee and Muffins in Harlow

Have just eaten here and I have to say the service was second to none and the food was fantastic. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Food, seating and service were all 4 star. 1 star removed due to over pricing of fresh fruit. A healthy option shouldn't cost £1 per whole fruit.

saturday 9.10.21 Rude staff and Rubbish coffee and the Manger very rude

The muffins here are absolutely fantastic but the customer service is poor. I went to look at the muffins to buy and a woman went "you alright?" But not really in a friendly way and i felt like i was being rushed even though there was nobody else in the line. When I decided what I wanted, she bluntly said to me "what do you want" with a somewhat attitude and after they gave me the muffin the woman just threw the reciept onto my plate. I felt like I was a burden even though im a customer!!

I have just had lunch with my family, the waitress cleared two tables away, and I sat and watched and was disgusted she never sanitized the table it was left, for the next people to sit down disgusting, we are in a pandemic the cafe I usually go to clean the table as soon as you leave made me feel very anxious will never return. Wonder if they sanitizer the kitchen

Ordered to take away. The cashier was rude and just shouted how much I owed. It felt like the bag of food was being thrown at me. After I realised they got the order wrong and had given me the wrong panini (which I couldn't eat due to dislikes). At this stage it was too late to go back and complain because I had to get back to work. Won't visit again.

The staff was rude and unfriendly. The girl at the till was ever so nice. They forgot to warm up my order and they got really angry when i asked for it to be hot. No apologies or nothing. The majority of the staff spoke in a foreign language. Not good for business. Food was ok though.

I love BBs. Fantastic muffins. My favourite is apple and raspberry. The coffee is great and Im a fussy black coffee drinker. Also their baguettes are freshly made and they will make what you like within reason. Oh and the toasted teacakes. Yum!

Ordered drink... Waited ages... Never got drink when everyone else was getting theirs.. Went and said where's my drink.. Was met with a blank stare... Then made my drink.. Wrong. Such poor service. Coffee maker was really slow. Just bad really.
