Costa Coffee in Harlow

Nice convenient place to meet with friends. Looks tired in need if a refurb.

Just went in for coffee which was fine. Only one toilet available though which was a problem as it is school holidays!

They are ridiculously so slow, it took me 20 minutes to get 2 lattes, they have long cues, please don’t bother loool get it from a machine.

Yuck. Coffee espresso clearly took too long to run through the machine. Had a horrible bitter taste to it. My wife ordered a mocha with oat milk and what she received was questionable on so many levels. Maybe the oat milk was off, either way we'll give this a pass when we're next in the area.

Dirty, cold food, poor service, name it all it’s all there! Serviettes replaced by toilet papers, every day! Apparently they ran out for the last 3 months!

Good friendly service,bit of a wait while doing go eat orders but did get other staff to help

Costa coffee is the same where ever you go yes there are some poor ones but the cafe inside the range is great and one of the best toasted cheese and hame sandwiches you will ever try

Great, a little slow but coffee is better than that new Tim hortons shop down the road.

Back to normality, almost, big one v busy lots of seating, spicy ginger cake!

Ordered via the app, which said 5-8mins. Popped inside after 8 and my order was waiting. Great idea if you don't want to stand in a long queue each time.Ordered via app for the second time and asked for 2 drinks from the festive menu. Both should have contained cream and syrup. When I got back to the car and looked they didn't contain either, they were just like flat coffees. Not happy but not prepared to go back in and join quite a large queue. It's a bit hit and miss.
