A blond lady, greeting the customers and showing them to the tables (I assume she's the manager) is always extremely professional, polite, smiling and very pleasant. The food is very nice and tasty.

Unfortunately I was unable to eat here today, the waitresses ignored me when I arrived, 3 of them. Even when I said excuse me to try and get their attention. I was waiting there for over 30mins, without any communication.I then moved closer to where other people were sitting. I was then told the kitchen was closed and I couldn’t eat until 12, and had to move back to the other side I was previously sitting, even though they were serving other people. All I wanted was a hot drink and something to eat for breakfast.I was the only person of colour here and the only person that wasn’t welcomed. They really need some diversity training.

Extremely grumpy staff, got told off for not booking a table, it was 7.30am! Promised faithfully to always book a table in future, got let in to find......two other tables taken. It made us wonder if the grumpy staff have scared everyone off! Food was fine but quite an unpleasant experience.

Omg well the food was amazing! Staff were great. We didn't wait long. Will definitely be back!

We waited 25 minutes past our booking at the front desk to be seated, we was told that they was under staffed and would be with us as soon as they can. Once seated everything had run out, the continental breakfast was Coco pops or multi grain toast, the rest had run out, had to ask one of the 3 members of staff running around like headless chickens for some butter and just wait till she could do it, for my then cold toast.All in all it was a totally stressful experience and I just felt bad for the few members of staff working their hearts out.If they was this short staffed they should have restricted the number of bookings or closed because this is not the service that I paid for or the experience I expected for this company.1 hour and 30 minutes just to be seated and get the cooked part of the breakfast is ridiculous.

Went for my Birthday as we normally spend every family birthday here. The starter was tiny the dinner was child portion and the sweet was unbelievably small. Been getting smaller and smaller now its crazy small. Must have cost them about 20p to make this sweet and it cost 5.99p . SORRY but our birthdays are now going to be taken somewhere else. see ya.

Food was nice for a chain pub. I had the chicken wings for start which were OK. Give them a 5 out if 10. Then I had the pulled beef open sandwich with skinny fries. Which was decent. Give that a 7 out if 10.Service was very good even though it was extremely busy in there. I had the refillable soft drink and every time it was empty they were there with the refill.

This use to be a place to come for great food at a reasonable price, now it’s way overpriced £13.50 for smothered chicken melt and chips you don’t even get a salad. Lots of food not on the menu due to shortages, shame as liked coming here but now would favour a pub meal with more choices and better food. This is half term and empty now I know why. Staff are pleasant and friendly as always though. Sorry Beefeater will not be rushing back.

Booked a table, got there a little early but no problem, we went straight to our table. Staff very friendly, would normally give 4 stars due to a separate menu saying what you couldn't have but the food, service, price outweighed the inconvenience of the some what limited choice. Unlimited soft drinks and chips a bonus as that seems to be getting harder to find, which keeps the price reasonable. A nice change from going to our usual restaurants.

So many places to sit and enjoy outside. Drinks were delicious. Yummy food. Great service. Will definitely be back
