KFC in Harlow

Worst takeaway ever. Food was dripping in grease, chips were cold but wish my drink was. Tastes nothing like it used to.. BTW the one star was for the fast service.

Just as you'd expect, great food, the drive through area is a bit tight and when staff tell you to go to the last window, where the hell is that? Not been there before I went to the very next one, turns out you have to all the way round to the far side, a small issue but one that should be explained better, even a sign on the very next window would help. Two cars in front of me did the same thing, come on KFC sort it out. It won't stop me going but it had to be said.

Its ok, sometimes their food is really nice, other times not so much, like I had a tower burger with chicken that was a bit tough, not really what you expect from KFC, I love their fries but those can be hit and miss at times as well. The ricebox has been good everytime I got it, so that's a positive.

it's a hit and miss kind of KFC best KFC around here is in chesant they have the best chicken. don't know where these guys order there chicken bit no where as good! service not great here either!

Last 3 times I've ate here over past couple months has been poor. Not sure what has changed, the chicken is always dry and stale. I've had hard chicken burgers and dry chicken pieces. I'm not ordering late in the night we are talking about Friday afternoon which is one of the busiest in hospitality. KFC have processes that this branch clearly is not following, chicken should always be cooked fresh and binned once it's freshness time has expired. Avoid if you want to play quality roulette with your meal.

I think they could provide a better service and an overall better experience.The day I visited this restaurant, I had to use the toilets with my 5y daughter and found a toilet that smelled really bad and couldn't find a bin.As for lunch, I had to queue up for a few minutes and was served quickly.In terms of cleaning, I was expecting better specially because of covid. I didn't see anyone from staff cleaning tables or emptying bin bags that were full.The food good but I find KFC not kids friendly, because can't find any special menus for them and very few options of drinks for little kids.By the way, whenever we order from KFC to be delivered, almost always its missing items.

its Chicken, Tastes the same in every KFC i can't really say more than that. The fact i keep going back must say it all. Service was quick, Tables clean etc. staff could seem a bit happier then then again i went there for the Chicken.

Very very very very slow!! Stood in queue to order for half an hour even though there was only 4 people in front of me! The food was hot and fresh when it was finally ready as had another wait then at the 'collection' point. Staff were working incredibly hard and fast but with in-restaurant service, drive through and Just Eat etc deliveries it's just too much demand for a small branch. The eating areas were dirty and bins inside had overflowed so people had no choice but to leave their empty food cartons on the tables which were also filthy with food residue on them. There had obviously been a big spill on the floor (mix of coke and milkshake??) and although a sign had been put out to warn people it was very off putting. Staff were lovely and polite so not faulting them at all just think there is too much pressure and demand hence the long wait to order food. And when a staff member did come out to clean up the restaurant, she did explain that it was just their busiest time (we were there 2.15pm onwards). She was lovely and was working flat out to clean up and disinfect everything etc and cleaned up floor etc. As said before not faulting the lovely staff at all as they were all working so hard!

Everytime I order from here on deliveroo (not deliveroos fault they are great) there are always items missing literally every single time! Last time it was our chips, this time it was our popcorn chicken from the boneless banquet! And the chicken that we did had tasted disgusting and the chips were undercooked, so we won't be ordering from here again! Picture down below of how it came!

I appreciate they're busy but it was just OK....underwhelming just OK, the Zinger burger was a touch spicyely hot and I'd made the mistake of consuming all of my sugar free beverage before attempting to digest it but I was able to lick the fluid from my eyeballs in order to create enough moisture so that the burger could be swallowed.No shortage of drive through customers and the establishment was clean and tidy....but the whole reason for my trip was sadly lacking from my mail size brown bag......the lemony wet wipes....incidentally is it really necessary to place your order in a huge brown paper bag to carry it 8ft to your table, then promptly throw it away,although I wasn't asked if I was eating in,so perhaps it could of been established at that point if I required 250 A5 envelope worths of bag......good drills for accepting the Defence Discount Card though 😀....but get a grip on your contribution to all the waste packaging etc....but let me finally congratulate the staff for their efforts both polite and friendly
