Papadom Indian in Harlow

Absolutely awful, vindaloo like salt, mushroom bhaji like boild mushrooms, no mint sauce, which I asked for, poppadoms no good, leave this place alone, its cheap for a reason.This is the most awful curry house I have ever used and I am the curry king.,please go by my REVEIW.. DON'T WASTE YOUR CASH. XX

I had a chicken madras and it was one of the best I've had and the keemanaans was so full of juicy meat thank you

Terrible customer service. Just rang them and said "can you tell us if some things on your menu are gluten free" and they said urr no. We hung up

Had an Indian from here tonight came quick and hot and was really tasty and a good price 😋 thanks will use you again

Ordered NYE early 5.30pm for a specified delivery time of 7 - 7.30. Delivered 7.40. Food fab one small error cauliflower instead of mushroom bhaji. We were not fusssed. Food lovely. Thank you for a great meal again, on your busiest night. Lynn

Ordered for NYE takeaway so I really appreciate they were busy, but we pre booked at 12pm for a 6:30 delivery and it didn’t turn up until 8:15pm (1 hour 45 mins late). I tried calling them several times and when I finally did get an answer, the man was very rude and hung up on me just after I mentioned it should have been here an hour ago at this point, so he didn’t have to deal with it (I was very polite FYI so no reason to hang up). Very poor service, all they had to say was they were super busy and running late and apologise and I would of understood, or even rung me to let me know there’s a delay, but no. So disappointed, don’t recommend if you want delivered, maybe collecting would be a better bet with these guys...

Another disappointing experience. My order was completely wrong and missing items (again). I decided to call up as I had no rice or naan so didn't feel like I even had a full meal. I was spoken to rudely and aggressively. I was told that it was my fault my order was wrong as I didn't on this occasssion ask them to read back my order. I was told "it's not his problem" and he can't do anything about it as they are "too busy" He then rudely hung up the phone. At no point did he apologise or offer to resolve the situation. I would have accepted credit for the items that I had paid for and not received, or even a sorry.I've been a loyal customer for years but I've now had two poor experiences in a row as my order was wrong last time too. I'm well aware of how many other Indian takeaways there are in Harlow so il be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Don't use this place if you value service.

The food was a half an hour late and when we rung the number the man was extremely rude. This is not the first time that he has been allowed to be this way the last time the food never turned up and he said that I needed to speak to just eat well I turned up and he had to give me the food that I paid for. Be careful with this company as the person who answers the phone is less than customer friendly.

Literally order from here about once a month and normally is nice. Tonight I ordered the same I do every time and was all cold and awful and my naan bread and cheese cake didn’t turn up and when I rang to let them know this they basically called me a lier and hung the phone up. Now I need to find somewhere else to order from because it was terrible. Don’t bother their rude and useless

Service was good. Delivered early but the food wasn't great. Really bland/tasteless, especially for a curry place. I think quite expensive for what you get. Nothing special. Had worse but had better. Won't be ordering again .
