Pizza Express in Harlow

Really love this Pizza Express, the ladies who were serving us were very positive and friendly (even with us having a screeching baby). Service was quick and food arrived quickly! The app makes it easy to pay at the table!

Absolutely fantastic service from Eda, every time we’ve been she’s always smiling and happy to go above and beyond to help us! Would highly recommend being served by her to make your experience as enjoyable as possible! A+ food also

I went in for a family meal with my hubby, toddler and baby for a Father’s Day meal. The lady who was originally taking care of us was too busy setting the tables for customers who were yet to arrive, rather than take the pizza order for us-the customers who were already in the restaurant and have two young children who were clearly getting restless.I didn’t want to say anything, so asked a really lovely girl called Prasanna, if I could place the order with her. Prasanna was so wiling to help and attentive and really turned the whole experience around. Thank you Prasanna, you are doing a great job and really set the bar high with your level of customer services. You are a star!

We’ve been here several times but today was the best experience we’ve had. The service was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely too! Roxy was excellent! We will be back!

Always great pizzas.

Very nice...was told there was a half hour wait gor food but after we ordered it couldn't have been more than about 15 minutes...very impressed and everything was served hot,pleasant staff and will definitely go there again.

rude ignorant waitresspizza arrived with egg uncooked . it was clear like snot .politly asked for it to be heated up but waitress said " you have to ask for it to be well done , i replied i dont want it well done just cooked so it is white . i dont want salmonella .spolit our date .

The food was good as always however poor service called to book got told it was fully booked so then booked online turned up and there was 3 table… service awful very grumpy and stood on their phone majority of time even the manger… we went to the harlow one - see picture attached

We love Pizza Express but the service in Harlow always seems to take ages for the food to start coming out.Also we asked for and never got a jug of tap water. Even when we chased it up and we're told they were short of them and said we'd be happy with glasses we still didn't get any.Good Pizza though.

Food good.. Service was -(and still is) terrible. Sat waiting for the waiter to clear our plates after we had finished the mains for 20 minutes. Was not busy. Such a shame as food is good, but the service is really bad. Thought we'd give it another try after last coming here last year and they'd have improved their service. Evidently not. Management seems to be the same. Also a few children running around in the restaurant to the back areas who were not customers. 🤔 Poor experience. 2 stars because of the food. You'll actually be good to dine with if you improved your service!
