Pizza Express Harlow in Harlow

Very nice...was told there was a half hour wait gor food but after we ordered it couldn't have been more than about 15 minutes...very impressed and everything was served hot, pleasant staff and will definitely go there again.

rude ignorant waitresspizza arrived with egg uncooked . it was clear like snot .politly asked for it to be heated up but waitress said " you have to ask for it to be well done , i replied i dont want it well done just cooked so it is white . i dont want salmonella .spolit our date .

Went there yesterday with my family to round up a day out. The restaurants was empty apart from 1 table yet the server told us they can't sit us as they are fully booked? This was at 3:30 in the afternoon! I couldn't believe it! C'mon...

The food was good as always however poor service called to book got told it was fully booked so then booked online turned up and there was 3 table… service awful very grumpy and stood on their phone majority of time even the manger… we went to the harlow one - see picture attached

We love Pizza Express but the service in Harlow always seems to take ages for the food to start coming out. Also we asked for and never got a jug of tap water. Even when we chased it up and we're told they were short of them and said we'd be happy with glasses we still didn't get any.Good Pizza though.

The service was absolutely horrible. Waited so long to be seated. The restaurant itself wasn’t even that busy and the servers were very rude. Wouldn’t go back again. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there either.

Restaurant very spacious and inviting. Service was fast, staff very friendly and great quality food. Highly recommended 👌

I've ordered from here twice. The pizza was good the first time - but uncut. I just ordered again - and this was the first time I have ever not finished a pizza - it was disgusting. I guess not being cut is a thing they do, but the pizza itself was truly awful. Waste of money.

Food good.. Service was -(and still is) terrible. Sat waiting for the waiter to clear our plates after we had finished the mains for 20 minutes. Was not busy. Such a shame as food is good, but the service is really bad. Thought we'd give it another try after last coming here last year and they'd have improved their service. Evidently not. Management seems to be the same. Also a few children running around in the restaurant to the back areas who were not customers. 🤔 Poor experience. 2 stars because of the food. You'll actually be good to dine with if you improved your service!

Been coming to pizza express in Harlow for a couple of years. The last few visits havnt had the best table service. Takes around 20 mins between each set for them to aknowledge you.Would I come back?Yes because the food is amazing. Everytime, I forget how big the pizza is and the dough balls are just the best.Next time my next pizza express visit will be a different location.
