Came here last night for dinner with my kids around 5 pm ( 6th April ) Our waiter that served us was fantastic. Didn't get his name but he made sure we had everything we needed especially as had my disabled son with me, excellent service thank you. Also the food was very good. Would recommend !!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!If I could leave 0 stars I would, the guy making the pizza must have dropped one at least every 10 mins. The floors were grimey, food everywhere and actually made me lose my appetite before we even sat down. The pizza was soggy and flavourless, with no attention to hygiene whatsoever at the buffet— slices everywhere and the salad bar was even worse with the nacho chips practically in every other salad. You’d honestly think sanitation and hygiene would be a priority after everything that’s happened the last two years but it honestly was just dirty everywhere you went.To make matters even worse, someone projectile vomited directly next to the salad bar (god knows if it even went on the salad) & there was no attempt to replace the food there, just a quick mop of the floor and that was it. The ice cream bar was empty of toppings and we ended up spending £40 on buffet (2 adults, 2 kids) to eat a few slices of soggy luke-warm pizza, and the garlic bread which was actually the best thing there but still average at best.I used to love Pizza Hut, but now I’m wishing I just went across the road to costa coffee or McDonald’s instead. Don’t waste your money!

The Big Boss chicken nuggets and fries for ÂŁ7.99 portion size is ridiculously small. Further to that we had to wait for 10 minutes to seat despite there were min.4 tables free but no staff to welcome us. Very disappointed.

Avoid. Plenty of empty tables, but a line of customers waiting to be seated as staff enjoys having a chat instead of taking care of customers. After waiting for half an hour and finally being seated at the table the waitress told us we will not be served as 'they are short staffed'. Wasted time. Waitress rude and demanding. Made us feel as we are guilty of her bad day. Not recommended. There are other places to eat in the area.

Staff reasonably polite, no problem. However the chairs were too closely fixed to the table and you couldn't move them, the toppings on the buffet were non existent, absolutely disgusting. No way is it worth 8 99 or anyones money. Unfortunately i can't award a zero star rating. I dined at 12.45 during lunch time and only myself and two other people were in there. Now i can see why. Pizza hut didn't used to be bad but its gone dramatically down hill. Thanks.

Very disappointed, this started off as 5 stars, meals were hot and came out quickly, our waitress was friendly, but it went downhill rapidly after that, the "onion rings" had no onion (apparently they're made from an onion mash) they were bland and basically soggy and tasteless. When we raised it with the staff they tried fobbing us of with food we didn't want and the lime Pepsi had no lime in it. The Internet ordering asked for a tip before the meal, so glad we didn't add that to the order as we'd never have got it back, they would've tried to give us even more things we didn't want ... rant over

This pizza hut location offers a wide variety of great pizzas, and the food tastes great! However, the cleanliness of the site was rather questionable. I was seated near the ice cream machine and a bowl of spilt molten ice cream sat there for over 20 minutes without the staff paying any attention. I'm sure the staff were very busy with the food being served, but this is simply not acceptable. Being a pizza hut, the majority of the customers are families, creating a loud environment. I personally am fine with this, however others may not be. Overall, the food is great, but the cleanliness could be improved.

ÂŁ8.99 for the basic lunch buffet is slightly expensive without a drink. The salad choice is basic, pizza quality and variety is just about okay. Overall just an average pizza restaurant. I wouldn't recommend unless your desperate

Bad. Bad. Bad. Slow service. Dirty glasses, cutlery and bowls at the salad bar. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter (margarita pizza) and a small bottle of sparkling water for myself. Almost an hour later and we were still sat there with no food or drinks (and it wasn't exactly heaving with people). When we complained and it finally showed up, it was a thick crust not thin as we had ordered. They brought over orange juice when we had ordered apple, and they said they were out of sparkling water. I had to return the glasses as they had dried food on them. We left and took the pizza to go. I paid ÂŁ10.50 and my daughter didn't even eat the pizza - she said it was gross (her words). I would absolutely NOT recommend eating here. In fact I would avoid it at all costs.

Haven't been in years, no queues, friendly waitress. Good selection of salad, and fresh. Nice pizza, I had the g.o.a.t, on thin crust very delicious. Had a beer, not asked if I wanted another drink, or dessert. Not busy, but not pressed to stay longer. Good decor, lots of free parking.
