Premier Inn Harlow in Harlow

By far the best premier Inn we've been to. Lovely location, nice room, peaceful, lively staff and the breakfast experience was brilliant.

Large Premier Inn with a large car park. Rooms near the end of the corridors, upstairs and downstairs have not been updated and so suffer with tatty, old style rooms in desperate need of modernisation. I did not stay in a newer room but the photos show the difference. My room had lights and plug sockets that didn't work with a TV the size of a postage stamp.Bed is comfortable with good pillows.Staff were helpful and friendly.

Very friendly and obliging staff but hotel looking a bit tired. No razor point in room. Very good breakfast in Beefeater next door.

Clean, tidy, good value, especially the unlimited breakfast. You're by a canal, which is nice if you fancy a stroll. This was an overnight work stop and was perfect for my needs.

A bit dated but loved, on the outskirts of town. Lots of free parking and check-staff very smiley which helps after a long day at work. Beefeater across the car park, busy so I recommend that you book a table, food and staff great. Will return when back working in the area.

Staff were fantastic, couldnt' have been more helpful. Room was immaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. Would stay again without hesitation.

About what you'd expect for £35 a night.Comfy bed and room was okay (but small) and the staff were very friendly.Unfortunately the walls are paper thin so if you get bad neighbours then you're not in for a great night. Bring earplugs.I wouldn't stay here again unfortunately due to the noise.

Really nice hotel, always always prefer premier inn. We had a corner room so it was a bit small, be aware of this when booking. As always with premier, the shower was AMAZING as was the bed. Don’t know where they get their mattresses from but I want one. Loads and loads of parking a good access to disabled parking. There was no lift, which we were no aware of when we booked, however on arrival we requested a downstairs room as one of our party was disabled and this was done with no fuss. The key cards for doors are a nightmare, have to insert them two or 3 times. Apart from that, really good stay felt really refreshed in the morning. Not given 5 stars purely because of the breakfast. Next time I want I decent portion of beans not a kiddies portion.

Perfect place to stay while visiting the area. Comfortable clean rooms. Super comfortable bed. Nice view over the river. Shower good and hot. Large modern TV. Great sleep even though the hotel was busy it was nice and quiet. Great staff on reception. Recommend it.
