Food was late and cold had to turn it away would never order from here again

Customer service is disgusting. Called about missing items and sag paneer that smelt and tasted so bad it made me gag. I was told ‘what do you want me to do about it, were not coming back as were busy’ - bearing in mind they are 5 mins down the road and took only 45 minutes to deliver. Such a shame as we were regular customers but we will never be ordering again, I’m still in shock about how rude they were on the phone.

Cold food and poor customer service. Actually no customer service. Told twice that food left 5, 10 minutes ago, on two chases 30 minutes apart. From the warmth of the food, maybe they told the truth the first time around.

Ordered through just eat. The food did not arrive despite being marked as delivered one hour after the scheduled time. Will never order from this place again.

Over 2 hours after the estimated delivery we still have no food even though they marked it as delivered on just eat. Despite being NYE we thought 2 hours waiting was long enough. 28 attempts to get through on the phone ato be told another 10 mins. After another half hour we told them to cancel it and it became clear they hadn't even started the order. I used to use this place regularly.... never again

Been ordering from this Indian for years now and never had a bad one, always recommend to my friends and they agree this is best Indian take away in Harlow by far.

Absolute waste of time.... ordered food over 2 hours after delivery time was told to contact Just Eat for a refund. Will never use again

Fantastic food for a fantastic price. Not only is this place cheap, but the food is utterly gorgeous. Thank you for multiple amazing dinners.

Sorry but Watery and tasteless and floating in oil, we thought the price was cheap for a group booking and it showed out of 11 only one positive comment.....how can a Madras taste the same as a Dansak? Cold sides as well...stick to your favourite Harlow restaurants.

Best Indian Food in all of the CM postcodes. Always correct, always hot and always very tasty. The delivery staff are really nice. been having food here for over four years. won't go anywhere else.
