Very good fresh consistent food. Order from here at least 4 times a month for over a year and never had a bad meal.

Well what can I say we was looking forward to our treat for the end of the week and it did not dissapoint. food was lovely and hot. delivered on time and had the taste we was hoping it was going to have. lovely grilled meats, bread and braised rice. highly recommended. thank you Garden Grill

Just ordered a combination kebab (chicken and lamb shish) on-line. As part of the 'Special Request', I asked if the rice could be swapped out for chips.When we received our order there was no chips, so I called GG only to be told that they do not swap out rice for chips, if we want chips we will have to pay an additional £3! So basically, we paid best part of £22 for some meat, salad and bread! As I said to GG, what they should have done is call us or make it clear that our 'Special Request' doesn't always mean you are going to get yr request.Lovely bits of meat, it was enjoyable what we had but disappointed that GG feels chips are a bigger, more expensive commodity than rice.😪

Great service and wide selection of takeaway. Efficient delivery and never disappoints. Highly recommended.

Great kebab. They are cash only - which caught me out. There is a cash point in the shop opposite if you need it.

Disgusting customer service. Placed an order at 7:30pm, was told upto an hours wait. 2 hours later still no food, was told it was out for delivery. We called 20mins later and was told again it was out for delivery. Called again and the girl hadn't muted the phone, could clearly hear her talking to someone else, she had no idea what she was talking about said the food was out for delivery again, then asked our address. So we said can we just cancel please, our night is ruined. The girl hung up the phone, no apology. Disgusted in the lack of customer service. Do not reccomend, will not use again!!!!!

Food is lovely especially the Turkish bread but the chips have been terrible the last few times. Really soggy and tasteless. Normally pretty good so hope this changes !

Ordered food more than 2 hours ago, first time they called us after an hour and a half to check if food was delivered-when I informed them that it hasn't been delivered they said they will check. I have then called twice to check myself - they informed me it will be about 15 minutes, it's been more about an hour and food still hasn't arrived.Disapointed with delivery service!!!

Really 3 or 3.5, but decided on the more generous 4 due to past orders & experiences.Not overly impressed… but to be perfectly honest & fair, I’ve had the food from here on several occasions & everytime had a quick punctual service & with good food to boot (albeit too much salt!) however, the last time I wanted to order, I had no cash,So I called & requested to add on more than just the ‘1’ pound included in the delivery cost…. After all, I always tip well (especially after spending a lot of time in America, where salaries are pretty much based on tips!), but no… they do not take cards over the phone & do not have the facility to add on for the delivery driver!So, either order over phone with cash on delivery, or order on-line with card payments with no facility to tip!Not good enough.Please sort out your system to reward the delivery guys when customers request it.I regularly order from a local Thai & always add on about £5 for the driver… this not only never seems to be a problem, but is always reviewed with enormous gratitude (even though the restaurant itself isn’t actually benefiting).So, just 2 small tweaks - change your payment system so delivery drivers can be rewarded & hold back on a bit of salt - then you’ll get 5.5 out of 5 for every meal… just like Ermans - your sister restaurant.Please learn from this… after all, the customer is always right!
