Sat outside with our dog whilst I understand their policy the member of staff was rude and should certainly not be working in hospitality. Not a welcoming place and one to avoid

Iam very disappointed 😞 in our food it was warmly cold usely it come very hot. me and my hunny bun order pannis for our lunch. order it at 11:56am almost nearly come at half 12 Appreciate drink came but wish they keep time keeping on food wise. They didn't check on people on how food 😒 or ask how food was.

As a regular customer of wetherspoons this has to be the worst one of them all atmosphere is non existent.. pity it's in my hometown it's one saving grace is the staff who are all friendly. Please pick a new building and new location I beg you.

Table was clean but underneath there was a half portion of fish and chips that I accidentally stood in. 🤮 we had to ask for someone to come and clean it up. Places need to be extremely clean nowadays but this wasn't.

Been coming here for years but unfortunately over time the chip portion size is getting worse, got myself a double burger the other day only to get 9 chips, last year I was given 11-15 Chips and the year before 12-17 chips which was okay but when you get a double burger for £2 more you expect a better chip to meat bite ratio, Mr wetherspoon is ganna have to work this out for me to give a consistent 5 star rating

Great food, reasonably priced, and also cheap drinks. Was perfect start to our night out. Plus its great ordering via the app, dont need to leave your seat to get a drink.

A grim and dreary ex dole office. Now a sticky carpeted refuge for a broad cross section of Harlow residents. Take that however you like.Edited to add: surfaces are very much not cleaned between customers. In fact there's a used napkin on the table beside mine from a previous customer.

Popped in for a fish and chips in Harlow. Always eat in the Enfield branch and couldn't be happier with the quality of food and service there. I have to say, unfortunately, in Harlow, my family and I were very disappointed. The fish (or lack of fish) was dry, and the whole plate was swimming in oil, quite literally. My daughter actually said...this is not right mum. Went back to eat in the Enfield branch. It has restored our faith in the quality of food we know.

We had a leaving do for a staff member from our store. There was only 8 of us and barely any other customers. Of course during the evening we were laughing and enjoying ourselves .we out over £200 behind the bar which would of had almost nothing without that money and yet we were asked to be quiet..we were laughing too loud apparently. In all the years I've been going out I've never been asked to keep it down. I asked why and was told they could hear us from the bar...in an empty pub I'm not surprised they heard us. We definately won't be going back there. Miserable place.
