Aroma in Hertsmere

Ordered here for the first and the last time , ordered a sagaloo and coconut rice after I couldn't use the toilet for a week. Do not eat here you are putting your health at risk by trusting this business.I've often had curries at Bangladesh restaurants this was by far the worst I ever tried the food here is appalling and made me Ill don't risk it

Food is ok, but the customer service is atrocious.I ordered a prawn pure starter and prawn puri was mixed up with prawn curry, I called the restaurant mentioning this, and the rudeness of the guy on the food was disgraceful!I wanted prawn puri, and asked for the Prawn puri to be send to my home, he said "No" and blamed me for the mix-up!!, I was shocked and asked again for the prawn puri, then he hung up.I call again, and he said "I will only send the puri bread instead because the prawn puri and the prawn curry is the same without the bread"(in a rude tone).I had to accept to get something. It was different and didn't taste good.I am not coming back purely because of the service

We ordered an Indian takeaway in store and came back 30 mins later to collect it.When we opened our food, the nan bread was raw and under cooked, the rice was freezing cold and the chicken tikka masala was super runny! Nothing authentic about this curry. We would consider ourselves curry lovers, and this was NOT! Appealing, when we complained, they said we could have a free curry. When we called back the next day, they would not do this. They wanted us to pay half price ! Shocked and disgusted with this.We will NEVER order here again. You have been warned people. 😡😡😡

I ordered last night 41 pounds worth of food after waiting a hour and a half food came was nothing like a normal curry and it was under cooked nothing was cooked to normal traditional standard and found a hair in it poppadoms where stale phoned the buisness and the guy was very rude he swore at me an told me there’s nothing he can do for me I would not recommend it to anyone

I order regularly from here for good reasons. The food tastes great and importantly the standard is consistently high.Reasonably priced compared to other takeaways in the area. I'd recommend the mixed grill!

Delicious food, not greasy or too spicy. From order to delivery: 45mins. Friendly delivery driver. Very pleased-we will order from Aroma again soon.

First time ordering from this business & we weren't disappointed! The Chicken & Lamb in the main dishes were lovely & tender, the naan bread & rice cooked perfectly, will make this my regular for authentic Indian takeaway food. Recommended.👍
