Bushey Fish Bar in Hertsmere

Expensive but worth it. I had a tasty large cod and chips. The chips were good and the fish was cooked well. It was overall a bit oily for me though. I have had this meal at other Watford chippies and here it was expensive in comparison.

I went there on the weekend and we ordered a casual cod and chips. Unfortunately my wife had to call in sick the next day because we all had food poisoning. I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews or any review at all but this was embarrassing for me and my wife. The food was bland and tasted weird from the start. Order also came late and was cold. Will never order from this place again. Recommend other fish and chip shops! John.

Traveled far for this chippy. Been hearing alot of good stuff about the fish and chips, so I decided I'll visit with my fiancee. Boy was I rocked by the size of the cod and chips at that price. Lovely flaky cod flesh and crispy golden batter. I recommend this spot is not 1 to be missed to all you foodies.Peace and love.....

Woke up and needed a tasty juicey kebab after last night. Had a look at whos open and i came across Bushey Fish Bar, and thank my lucky socks i did. Best kebab ive had in years since ive been back from scotland. Will defo be back for more supper guys. Good welcome faces in the shop too. Thank you

Bushey Fish Bar catered for a party we were having for 50 people.We had so many positive comments on the food. I don't know how they managed the quantity whilst maintaining quality but they did. Fish arrived nice and crispy and piping hot. Event was very covid friendly thanks to them preparing each individual box per instruction.Thank you to the lovely team at Bushey Fish Bar

Honest ReviewI have been going Bushey Fish Bar for the last 2 years and not once have they let me and my family down when we have our takeaway nights. Quality of food is exceptional with 10/10 customer service. There a few fish and chip shops In Bushey but hands down Bushey Fish bar is the best in town try it you won't regret!

Cooked fresh with a friendly face and an affordable price! Always a pleasant experience from order to finished meal. If you haven't already realised, the new owners of Bushey Fish Bar have more than bought back what was a dying fish n chips shop. They seem small but the quality, price and care they have for every customer easily makes them one of the best of the 4 or 5 fish and chip shops in Bushey (if not THE best). Worth checking out if you haven't done so already. Keep up the great work guys!
