I've never been so disgusted by the service..I get to the door at 5.01 pm..the worker slams the door in my face and mutters we are closed ..she then goes into an rant about not getting paid extra to serve past 5 pm.She really needs to be retrained into customer service.

At time of my this place was very tables where dirty….!!dispute been well staff which a blonde young woman was screaming and swearing in her own mother language which it appeared to me Romanian.

I like our local "Costa Coffee" as it feels like an extension of my own living room, but away from home ❤️ If that makes sense. The customer service is very good and it's very clean.It has ambiance, lively, and is a hub of activity, with the balance of being a quiet place to.That's what I love about it. It is very welcoming and hence why I keep going back

Today's visit was very good that I feel the need to share it in a review. I'm currently on crutches due to a bad back and had wanted to eat and drink in so asked the girl behind if the order could be bought over to me, she said of course and at no point did I have to wait.She first came over to clean the table I was sat at, she then told me again that she would bring over my stuff. She then bought my coffee straight over and then as soon as my toast was ready she bought that over. Nothing was cold and all was bought over by the same girl and all with a smile on her face.... I don't know her name as she seems to be new.... But I want the manager to know that it was the young dark haired girl working at 10:30 on Thursday 24th February 22.... She was fantastic and I felt like she went above and beyond today so thank you 😊

Always nice drinks and food, staff are friendly, the app is great as you can get free drinks every so often

This was an attractive Costa from the outside but I got a bit confused about which was the way in, because I couldn't see the entrance door very well. The barristers were polite and helpful and I was very pleased with my Americano and Terry's chocolate muffin. I wasn't able to sit inside but there are two benches close to the coffee shop where I could sit so I was fine.

Really friendly staff. And the cooler I had was excellent! They have safety precautions and also a Customers Toilet!
