Domino's Borehamwood in Hertsmere

The deals actually do not work out any different so annoying. I.e. you only get Fanta Lemon instead of any drink as advertised.

The customer service from this Domino's store is non existent! I went to collect my Pizza order and it was like a scene from Fawlty Towers! At first they didn't even have my order and I had to convince the manager that I had pre-paid for my pizza. When the order was then discovered, it was completely wrong! At this point I just asked for a full refund but was refused. The way in which I was spoken to by Sunny Kumar, apparently being the manager, clearly had no experience of how to treat a customer, it was absolutely appalling. He had a terrible attitude problem and was very rude to me. This certainly needs to be addressed.

Shoutout to Maria from the Borehamwood branch. Since she joined their team the service we’ve received (especially from her on the phone) has been great. Nothing is too much and she’s always willing to help.

Normally the service is very good, however, since last order in beginning of Feb the service has been poor. it arrived 30 mins later only I after I rang the, no apology on top of that missed off my starter . Complained to head office twice and heard nothing.

I ordered a meal.They don't put patato.Is not the first time that is happened .I try to call but noobody answer.It is a restaurant mess and the hygiene is not respect at all

As shown by other reviews, the management is an absolute shambles and the way the employee spoke to me Saturday night was ridiculous. He had no manners at all, was very inconsiderate and greatly disrespectful (even told me to wait outside for my order in the cold when the pizza was only 3 minutes until being ready?!). The guy at the till had atrocious customer service and that is not how you should be speaking with your customers. No respect at all.

Selected no onions. I can see on my screen I removed the onions went into the shop to be told I definitely selected double onions. Went home checked. I definitely didn't.

Said my order was ready to collect, once I got there and it weren't ready and I saw the lady put my food in to cook while I was there and said it would take 10min 🙄
