Bank Holiday Monday went in. Ordered food that was fine after eating realised I left my bank card at home.I was so embarrassed. Explained to waitress and lovely man came out and said no worries come back tomorrow with money.Didn't ask for name address, was so understanding.Genuine mistake of course I went back next day to pay. But lovely people who didn't make me feel bad.

Overcharged 50 pence and told that ordering a portion of chips was an "extra" 50 pence if no other items were selected from breakfast menu. I was neither told about this when I placed my order nor is there any printed mention on the menu of this term and condition. My mentioning that this should be reported to the local Trading Standards Office prompted a reluctant return of the filched 50 pence. Insipid cup of tea (low grade tea bag) and pre-cut bought-in frozen chips cooked-to-order that were far from being served crispy as ordered. Failed to give me a receipt as requested. Caveat Emptor - Buyer beware of this kind of trickery.

We have been going here for over 4 years now and it's wonderful as always,, good customer service..good food...good portions (you never leave hungry!)Just a tip it gets very busy especially on a Sunday so get there early!

Had a lovely bowl of soup and a chai latte my friend had the breakfast and we were very happy the staff were very helpful and friendly will definitely visit again ❤️

While waiting for my takeaway sausage baguette, I could see the guy who was cooking it. He was constantly using his phone whilst cooking and handling the food with the same hand without washing them. God only knows what germs are on a phone and where the phone has been. Won’t be eating there again.

Ordered a Set 2 full English x2. Customer service was nice and the food arrived quick but the taste was just about edible. Like it hadn’t been cooked properly or for long enough. Wouldn’t go back

The staff were really friendly, the food was delicious and I was really impressed with the variety on the menu and also loved that you could customize your meal so you can get a bit of everything you fancy!I will be returning soon :)

A lovely cafe, great to have breakfast at, deserves every 5 star rating they get!

We order of Uber eats ..... Well safe to say we won't be doing it anymore. Asked for crispy bacon .... So we get practically Raw bacon that was inedible. Asked for chips to be crispy .... They were cold and soggy. Rude staff and owners. They should really re evaluate their customer service.
