One of the best Chinese takeaways we have ever had. They are so good with allergies which is fabulous (even sesame!) and the food is really tasty. A rare gem run by lovely people.

Missed out half the order and had some rude bint on the phone when we called up to ask for a refund or for the dishes to be replaced, and gave us some random dishes as well and just called me a liar the whole time

I am a regular customer who goes in to order, I called, gave address and the lady with short bob black hair and thick glasses said it’s not coming up so I drove down, collect food, realised an order I specified in (the menu asks to) was wrong, called them back to tell them they gave me the wrong order, I let her read out my order, she missed that section of the order request made to a dish, asked her colleague said it comes that way, I explained to her the menu states choose a or b, I chose B on three occasions, told me I need to say it the next time I come, even though I said it this time, told me come next time and she gives B… throughout that convo offered no refund, no fixing the order, I was willing to drive back and get the right order, she kept blaming me and told me not to argue with her. I said she’s not even saying sorry, despite me paying for an order I didn’t get, blaming me and nothing being done to fix it, sarcastically she said sorry and that next time I come to say B. I explained I’m a regular customer this is not how you do business and live up the road, she still said come back next time and say the right thing, I told her I will not be coming back again, she did not seem to care. It’s clear they are happy to take money and if it’s wrong, no problem as they don’t value the customers.

Gutted. After 10 solid years of regular takeaways from this place, tonight has been a total let down.Spent £150 on a takeaway for 9 people (mums birthday)Bland food, no curry flavour in Singapore noodles, soup was literally warm water, no egg in egg fried rice. Some food piping hot, other was stone cold.Im thinking change of ownership as the man who is usually seated behind counter is no longer around and counter staff are different.Gutted as I now have to find another decent Chinese locally when I was so happy wirh this place.

Ordered food at 5 to 6 was told an hour wait an hour and 10 mins later call to enquire about the delivery to be told you didn’t order !!!! Then like a miracle they find your order and say 20 more minutes when the food eventually arrives was almost cold !!!!!Never ever ordering from here again

This has got too be one of the best Chinese restaurants i have ever been too I wish they delivered especially as I no longer live in the area but I still drive here at list once a month as a treat. Also its a shame but they are a take away only place buy there always so busy I doubt it will ever become a sit in restaurant.
