Amateur staff seem like they have had minimal training and don't really care about the customers. Had burgers which were ok, but the patties don't taste like premium meat that's for sure. Milkshakes were excellent though.

Love Ed's.The food isn't the best but the milkshakes have always been worth the visit.Service is always good, the music is great, the food ain't bad, been eating at Ed's for 15 years and it's always a good treat.Perfect for a quick dinner with friends or family and you always feel stuffed afterwards!Enjoy my pictures!

This was the best meal I have ever had. The staff were really nice and helpful. The chocolate milkshake tasted like heaven. The food was amazing and tasted great. The diner was spotlessly clean and they made your food very promptly. I will be going back many times. Thanks Ed's Diner

Good for a stop off but slow service and my chicken burger was a little dry.

Really disappointed. I really didn't like the food but I will accept that could be down to my own taste, not the way it was cooked but everything seemed to be extreme in taste and was far too rich for me. The service was shocking, we were seated and the server told us she would be back in with menus. 5 minutes later, I had to go and get my own menu. The food delivery was slow (despite it being rather empty) and incomplete. Not one of us received our coleslaw. All in all, it wasn't a very good experience.

Kinda disappointing food, but great shakes and a decent US-50s-styled setting. Food could definitely be better and means I won't come back again.Unfortunately, we had to wait 15 minutes to catch the server's attention as a group of miserable and angry looking women complained about something and held up the rest of the restaurant.

Ordered hot dog. Half way through I felt something wasn't right. When looking at the sausage I found their was a plastic wrap around half of it!!!When complaining the waitresses kept saying they didn't know what it was even though it was clear it was plastic. They then had the cheek to charge me full price. At which point the chef came over and admitted to plastic being on the sausage and gave us %25 discount. I'm not impressed and will never eat their again. If I could put a -star I would

Love the Ed's Easy Diner chain and it's refreshing as someone who is gluten intolerant to find such a large menu to choose from! Service was great, food tasty and was quick with a minor mistake that was instantly fixed. Will be back.

Trendy American style diner. I really liked the quality of the burger they assembled for me, it didn't fall apart readily and the ingredients worked really well together, they didn't look or taste cheap. The staff I met were confident and polite. The table seats are a good size and the aisle access large enough to use a high seat or two, maybe a narrower push chair (as opposed to the wide and double wide ones). Whilst there are no automatic doors the staff said they're ready on hand to help wheelchair users and single parents.

I ordered the hot dog with fries, onion rings and coleslaw. What a disappointment. Firstly, they served me chips, not fries. This is supposed to be an American themed restaurant, surely they'd know this! The onion rings were okay and so was the coleslaw, but there was so little of it. Not exactly American style portions. The hot dog was a bit hard too. I really can't recommend this place. Next time, I'll go to the Burger King nearby. Cheaper and tastier.
