Kfc in Hertsmere

It's only a small KFC, but the service is good, as well as the food.

Closes at 11pm but walked in at 10:46pm and couldn’t be served a zinger stacker because they were “about to close”… instead I got a “fillet stacker” instead of using the 14 minutes to cook up the right product. My partner managed to get her zinger stacker. The issue I have is that the fillets are dry but when you get a zinger stacker it’s nice… a fillet stacker is a hella dry zinger stacker. I mean it’s fast food.. fast enough to cook up 2 pieces of the right chicken in 10 mins. Just stick to your closing time and quit being lazy. It costs you reviews.Also I finish work at 10pm - 11pm with an 8am start so never really have many places to eat when finished. Helps when you stay open until your listed time.

The worst KFC or restaurant I have attended in the UK, surprised they even have a hygiene rating. You walk into the store to meet a dirty filthy table and the staff refuse to clean the table and tell you to “clean it yourself” that’s the first ick. The second ick is the sheer state and quality of their chicken and chips. Undercooked hard chips with burnt wings that have no meat on them. We gave them back to the workers for a replacement and they kissed their teeth at us. We were repulsed at this service, the next pieces of chicken they gave us were even worse so we packed our bags and left the food on the dirty table and left. Would give 0 stars if I could. Their service is a zero and terrible, their food will make you want to never eat KFC again. Untrustworthy restaurant, terrible service, too repulsive to take a picture of the food so left them to it. Do not go to KFC Borehamwood. Poor management of a restaurant.

I'd order Via JustEat... a simple process that thousands of us have used... however, when my order was out for delivery it all of a sudden got cancelled, I immediately called KFC to which I was told that the delivery driver seemed to have an aggressive outburst and decided to throw my food onto the floor in the restaurant.The poor manager apologised to me and explained if I could come to the restaurant, he would remake my order for when I arrive.He did exactly that, my food was hot and fresh and was just being put into boxes and bags for me. And the manager showed me photos that he took of when the JustEat driver had thrown the food literally everywhere inside the restaurant!He even added some extras because i travelled to get my food. Really friendly staff and the manager is brilliant and handled the situation very professionally!Highly recommend

Great customer service. Chanada was very nice to me and quick to give me my order.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very patient explaining how to use my KFC app! Although this is not my local KFC, I may just drive a little further and come to this one when I fancy a KFC next time.

Don’t trust this business. Several times we paid for items and they were missing in the bag ! We are all humans and mistakes happens but we gave chance to this business many times and no improvement. Is getting worse. Our son was in tears when they forgot pack cookies we paid for ! We didn’t bother return for it . They don’t deserve our custom anymore 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Food good but eating table was filthy, bin overflowing, and street door wouldn't close fully when windy outside resulting in a constant blast of icy air when eating near the front door (at the table). Otherwise would be a 3.5 to 4 stars. I will update this review on my next visit soon.
