Absolute terrible service.Ordered via Just Eat twice recently. First order was missing fries in two large meals. Second order was missing the main meal burger itself.I've seen behind their counter in-store too. Absolutely disgusting hygiene standards, food and packaging all over the floor in the food prep area being kicked around.

Service very slow in the drive thru and very slow inside the restaurant. We were given most of our food afterwards.

Have to wait for more than an hour every time you make an order. Horrible staff, they don’t respond nor allow you to cancel the order.

I'll be honest, the food is never to my standard but it's the only McDonald's close by and my kids are always happy

If only I had read your previous reveiws bought a hot chocolate a week ago it tasted like detergent bought a white coffee today it tasted like everything else but coffee. Please check your machine or train your staff how to use it. Thank you.

Visiting this McDonald’s whilst attending a event at the BBC Studios nearby. The place was busy at the time however table service was a bit quicker than expected. The children’s area was closed by having seats blocking the way however people moved them to sit down and still got table service there. They could benefit with having more seats however good location and average McDonald’s quality food. Recommend for cheap bite.

This is a review and rating of the branch, not the chain. This branch is below average, having visited several times over a few years.Of average size it's a conversion of an existing building. The character and ambiance are nothing special. It's opposite Elstree studios, at the end of the high street. It's relatively clean. It's main drawback appears to be recruitment and retention of suitable staff; or staff training, probably a function of the area. Many are not proactive in sorting out problems as they develop, which makes for a good floor show.On a recent visit we were treated to a 15 minute delay getting to the car park as a lorry was unloaded at glacial speed. The local operative in a hi-vis jacket could have held up the drive through line and diverted waiting vehicles past to clear the blockage, but smiled, smoked a fast and watched the driver at work on the tail lift, using the roof of a nearby car as a drinks table (I hope it was his own).Sitting inside, the floor show was provided by an irate drive-through customer complaining that all three of her cheeseburgers contained cheese, but no burger. The attitude of the counter staff suggested they didn't think this particularly unreasonable, at which point the customer lost her patience and told it how it was. This wasn't even a peak time. Bins overflowing. A duty manager, who must have been reconsidering his career choice if he had a moment to think, floated from crisis to crisis.Vegan burgers we fine. It depends on how you want to be entertained on a Sunday afternoon.

They close the doors at 11 instead of 12 as advertised which is fair I've come a long way and now they're telling me they can't save me even those advertised until 12 so I'm very disappointed otherwise it's a very nice bunch of McDonald's clean and tidy and meat good selection of food nice parking lots of free parking Outdoors and indoors heating wireless chargers and other charges for your devices they're not bad McDonald's but they should be open later than advertised
