Food order is consistently wrong at the drive-thru. Make sure you check before driving off. I was yelled at today with someone saying, ‘Check the receipt! Check the receipt!’ Once I presented this, I was given the correct order. Staff training required.

Absolute s**t place to order from! Every time I’ve visited their milkshake machine AND McFlurry machine are not working!!! Waited 20mins after placing order in their thru just to move to the next counter to pay! Never again!

Sometimes okay, sometimes just awful. Just this morning they opened up late and after I ordered my food was told they were still setting up so would be a few minutes. Okay, not a problem. 15 minutes later they're still not done, a few other orders after mine have come and gone including the same items I ordered, I ask for my order to be cancelled and refunded and pretty much get told "no, it's coming". Then when it comes no apology or anything. Absolutely awful service like that a lot of the time.Other times there's been items missing, or long waits with no explanation, or various other issues and almost none of the staff have any customer service ability (with one or two exceptions). Honestly, 9 times out of 10 you won't have a problem but that 1 time... Just wow. It's more than enough to deserve 1*, as that's the level of service you get here.

Had a delivery, came on time and quick so no problem with the driver, but the way the big tasty was put together was a joke. Do not order the new big tasty with bbq sauce. It’s awful and the way it was thrown together was a joke. The burger must of been sitting around for ages too. The potters bar McDonald’s has always been poor compared to other areas. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Always stuff missing from your order too , breakfast and main menu . 👎🏼😤

Left my phone in the restaurant went back for it after tracking with iCloud. I was told by management my phone wasn’t handed in. I went back later again told it wasn’t there after allowing iCloud to update and it still showed it was there. I asked a random member of staff (new starter) she revealed 3 phones had been handed in that day alone. I asked to see them she asked her manager who said. “ we can’t give back what’s been handed in” absolutely crazy. My gf went back there and called my phone to prove it’s mine then they reluctantly gave it to me.Also check your chips they like to give you stone cold over cooked chipsLondon colony Mc Donald’s is much better for food and service.

Ordered food and waited over an hour for it and when it arrived it was stone cold. We called and spoke to the so called Manager who obviously has never had a customer service course as his attitude stank just like the service. What a waste of money.

Ordered food, arrived one hour later and stone cold. Called and spoke to "business manager" Sadam who did not care, incredibly poor customer service, no replacement food or refund. Should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible service. Food was over an hour late and freezing. Manager was rude and did not take any accountability just blamed it on the delivery driver. No refund and no food replacement. Left starving and disappointed.

No parking spaces here really apart from those waiting for online orders pick up. Inside decent, regular, friendly staff and nothing was missing from my order. Ok.

Always check your drive through order is correct before you move off. A good number of times it’s been lacking in at least one or two items. Funnily enough, in my experience, it’s the older regular staff that seem not to be checking properly rather than the newer younger members.
