Mops and Brooms in Hertsmere

I can highly recommend the Mops and Brooms. The service from Jodie and Jade was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Always smiling and happy, even though they were busy.The food was really nice and tasty. I will definitely be going back.

Have visited the Mops & Brooms twice this month, once for a friends birthday and today for Mother's Day.Both occasions were a very enjoyable experience. Warm and welcoming staff, great service, the food is gorgeous and the atmosphere is so relaxed. Highly recommended, for any occasion

Lovely pub with a great atmosphere. Jade was extremely helpful today and nothing was too much to ask for. The food was exceptional - hot, well presented and came to the table quickly. I would definitely recommend their beef Sunday roast! Well done to the chefs! We will be back!

We came to the Mops and Brooms on Saturday evening for a family meal and it was exceptional. The food was incredible, was served quickly and was delicious! It looked incredibly busy in the pub which is why we were so pleased with how quick the food came out! I would highly recommend the mixed grill and the Eton mess, was fantastic value for money and tasted delicious, will definitely be returning soon!

It’s a great local for us and with 3 small children we are always welcomed which is nice. The food is always lovely and it’s consistently good, I’m not vegetarian or vegan but often choose meat free options as they are very tasty and lots of choice. Atmosphere is great with attentive and friendly staff, Lottie was particularly great with us on our recent visit and really made it a fun experience. Looking forward to returning soon!

Went here for Sunday lunch with a group of friends including kids of various sizes. Nice pub, clearly popular with families and very welcoming. Food was good and reasonably priced - if two or more people are getting a roast then you can get a sharing platter with bottomless roasties!Overall a nice enough place to go if you're in the area, but nothing special.

Booked here as we were staying locally on the off chance of a decent meal. Very surprised. The place is inviting, clean and well decorated. Lottie was a great server; I personally had both her recommendations for main (lamb shank roast) and lemon meringue for dessert. Both were amazing! Will definitely be back next time we're staying this way.

We haven't been to this pub for a 4 years due us having a horrible experience with the food, but we decided to go here on Sunday for a roast. Without doubt the best place in borehamwood to have a roast dinner! The platter that we had was amazing and such good value for money. They had a choice of 5 different meats which for a pub is incredible! It was fresh, hot and really tasty ,we cleared our plates. This pub has obviously changed its chef and what a difference! We will 1000% be returning. Thank you!

My local pub for when I want to meet up with friends. The staff are great and are good friends, the atmosphere is great and sometimes there's live music of local singers/bands. Great garden with play area for children and great food.

Debbie and Jodie, what can I say. They have left me speachless with the service I have been provided. They have been absolutely incredible and makes the pub feel like home. Love them. They are a real asset to the company
