Starbucks in Hertsmere

Staff not friendly, bad experience, same excuse about Covid rules on February 2022. No cash payment!!!! Starbucks want to reduce the spread of Covid by not accepting cash payment...make me laugh 😆. Close the store until is safe!!! Take on board people capable to take cash payment

Amazing service & very accommodating! Came here to do some work for 4hours. They didn’t bother me at all. The ambiance was amazing & very clean environment.. I definitely will be visiting again.Thank you to all the staff working during this pandemic. You guys are doing an amazing job & keeping all your customers happy. 10/10 recommended

Popped in an bought a drink and asked for the restroom. The young lady behind the counter then came out with the most ridiculous sentence I have ever heard she said ' the toilets are only open from 12pm ' I couldn't believe what was coming out from her mouth.I took my drink and asked the receptionist a few steps down and they provided me with the information and just to be sure I asked them if the toilets have operational hours and they laughed with me.I hope the service staff reads this with embarrassment and thinks next time she want to babble foolishness. I was willing to give her a few words but saved her blushes as the shop floor was busy.

Very well run and the whole team are always friendly no matter the time of day! Marina and Sophie are always smiling which makes visiting them a lovely experience. The coffee is always as you like it and nothing is ever made to feel too much to ask

The girls in the Starbucks here are the best - Sophie, Marina, Anna & Eva. Always smiling, always quick & efficient. As part of The Village Running Team we have coffee here most days, and not only do these girls know what coffee we each have, but they also will let us pre-buy a round - service that goes that little bit extra. Might be the most expensive Starbucks in London, but they make it worth it!

Lovely place, good service. Only thing is they don't accept the Starbucks cards which is a bummer because that's how I usually pay for the rewards. They're also more expensive than the regular Starbucks I go to.

We are going for a coffee to Village Hotel on a regular basis. Great service every time, really quick. Starbucks staff is always friendly and really polite, we are always having a good laugh while waiting for out order.Must mention Cris, who’s always soo nice and she’s remembering our preferences.

Great service and great coffee quality. Baristas are always friendly and effective although sometimes they are really busy.this happened last weekend when we had to wait 10 mins to get our food as there was a big queue. Cristina was kind enough to bring us the food once ready while we were enjoying our coffee.

The coffee was good and the staff friendly. However the outside had a fair bit of litter which was off putting. I think because there seemed to be no litter bin outside and the car park is shared with Greggs next door and there had been a few inconsiderate customers.
