Thai Chilli in Hertsmere

Ordered at 8.30 and no food received by 9.45 … called and ignored 5 times on mobile number provided to Uber Eats. Called number listed here and told they never got the order despite accepting it at 8.39. Was hung up on. No food arrived and they cancelled the order after 10pm.

I’ve ordered beef pad Thai and beef smells horrible.undercooked prawns in prawn pad thai..I was trying to call the and restaurant but they were closed.

We all enjoyed our evening dinning with delicious Thai & Indian delivery, all the dishes was freshly cooked and delivered very hot and tasty 10/10

Very disappointed!. First visit with family. Not enjoyable, food bland and expensive. Will not be visiting again.

We ordered 2 curries the red and the green and they were extremely watery the green one was too sweet.The rice was really nice.The vegetable spring rolls weren't anything to write home about and were something you'd probably get some a frozen section in a supermarket.The prawn tempura was actually aright.The delivery was ten minutes late.I hardly touched mine to be fair but hubster ate all of his. I'd probably not go back there again

Food nice but on both occasions our food was 20 minutes late! On our second experience they forgot our jasmine rice that we’d paid for. Chef didn’t sound too bothered and no gesture of good will offered except a further 15 minute waiting time for our rice to be cooked and to arrive. When the rice arrived, it wasn’t even the jasmine rice I had paid for! It was another sticky rice. Terrible service and not sure we will order from here again. Such a shame. Cheers guys!
