Good local pub..

Lovely place and great service

Not the best place for dinner both meats we're cold and to much vegetables.

One member of Staff was unnecessarily rude to me. Gave me and my friends attitude for no reason, made us feel uncomfortable and told us to leave because we were not regulars? Very unimpressed

Very friendly and lovely pub. I initially come here for the food as the chef serves a lovely afro carribian menu . Staff are lovely

No character but clean. Very quiet during Covid. I don't imagine it would normally be quiet. Staff was not the most welcoming to a talking teddy bear, but a customer was.The pub is opposite the 292 bus terminus, so useful is for seeing if the bus is getting ready to leave.I've not eaten but looking at the menu and the food being shown on the videos for the pub and the faint image of a pizza on the menu, there seems to be a mismatch. I guess the menu was using a stock photograph of a pizza that is not on the menu. Shame, it looked quite good in the photo! I don't imagine this would be a gastro pub, but more standard pizza, burgers and chips.

I love the place I feel at home there,and the people are lovely very welcoming. Feel like I've been going there longer than I have but it's been a month, food is delicious

The service is constantly speedy, great ambience, welcoming staff members. I will come back again when I arrive nearby.

Lovely staff and nicely done up. But never had my first two choices of drinks and no ice. Other than that I had a fab evening xxx

Our first visit.What can I say? Angie our host was fantastic, friendly, enthusiastic and charming.Our food was almost faultless,only criticism it was so nice I wanted a second portion.Excellent night.oh and the music is great.many genres.
