The Raj Garden in Hertsmere

The food was awesome, one of the best,if not the best begali Indian restaurants I've been too. Will definitely go again. A good value venue, the staff were attentive, polite and very helpful.

Food is amazing. Although when asked for the option of a mild curry, instead get a hot one anyway. Also a number of times we have been let down by the delivery. Been very late, not sure if they have specific busy days. Last time missing a beer that was on the order and then asked if I could come in to pick it up. Also noticed that the amount of meat is now less than before. Started out great and the service and food is starting to suffer. A great shame.

Just been here tonight again. Have been coming here and getting take outs for over 6 years now. Food always excellent and all staff very attentive! Would highly recommend

Went on mother's day waited almost 2 hrs for a meal. We believe it was a one off and hopefully the next time will be a better experience.

Have been visiting & ordering from Raj Garden for over 20 years now & have always found the service & food to be wonderful. The gourmet nights in the restaurant are always busy & is worth a visit. The menu is extensive with lots to choose from. My latest takeaway was murgh hariali & was absolutely delicious.

A little gem, really good food, big portions and reasonably priced. Their gourmet night is excellent value

The food is amazing. Although,if you are eating in the staff stand over you whilst you are eating. They charge you extra if you want to bring the sauces home with you. Me and my family left as we felt uncomfortable with the staff pacing behind us as we ate our food

Chicken curry, naan bread and rice dishes were all great. However, the lamb biryani was one of the worst biryani dishes I’ve ever had, which was surprising considering the other dishes were really good. Even though they have high chairs, their toilets have no facilities for baby changing.

Have had a few take outs from this restaurant over the last few months. Service has been reasonably reliable, staff are really friendly, food has always been good. We love the thali - really good mix of things.

Excellent food, amazing value for money. Great service.
