The Wishing Well in Hertsmere

Nice pub. Was lovely peaceful atmosphere, only me 2 mates and two locals. Music was diabolical. It would of been okay if you was in your 70s or 80s probably brought memories back. Like I said. Nice pub friendly and welcoming staff. They even put the golf on when we asked for it.Would be 5 star but the music let it down

I was in this pub about 2 weeks ago and I did notice that there was a lot of Drugtaking I would not advise anybody to sit here in case the police RAID the premises with every think what is going on it is diabolical that the manager has not investigated this problem maybe he takes it he self

I drank in this pub many moons ago and was back in England last week and was visiting family in Borehamwood so went in for old times sake. All I can say is what a DISAPPOINTMENT!! The pub is FILTHY dirty and the ladies toilets were a health hazard. The place should be SHUT DOWN

Always enjoyed coming to this Pub it was My Grandad Patrick Cunningham his Drinking Pub until he moved to Ireland In 2012 he lived in Borehamwood since 1985 and he loved this Pub and when I visited him it would be meeting him there lots of times even if I had a soft drink because of driving

Needs a face-lift but decent pint and friendly crowd

We like a lot eating out. Yesterday we went to this magnificent restaurant which friends recommended to us. We had a delightful evening there with first-rate cooking and an experienced crew and a great chef. We added this restaurant in our phone list and we shall certainly return very soon. Highly recommended.

Landlord could not care less for customers. Stood in front of me with sweaty arm over the beer tap of the beer I wanted ..gazing at the tv for ages while the barmaid patiently waited but he never moved ! How can ignorant people like this manage a pub ?Nearest pub but worth going elsewhere..

Love this Irish pub, music on a Saturday is always good and the bar staff are all awesome..... Great atmosphere on a Saturday lunchtime.... Also have all the sports and you can take your own food in if you get peckish
