There was only one to say, one member of staff should not be working for you as he was very abrupt and came across as rude. Also when we had finished eating he never asked if we had enjoyed our meal, when we never ordered another drink he just brought us the bill. It was as though he had not been trained in how to treat costomers. Unfortunately I never got his name. I spoke to a supervisor to complain and she said she would follow it up.

The meat range was lovely and so succulent - even the turkey. The roast dinner was beautiful, and, despite going on the most expensive day, we spend under £20 each for a huge plate and unlimited veg. Alongaide this, the staff were so kind - we even had a small problem where one of my friends didn't want their dessert cake to be hot so they happily took back the order and subsequently came back with a cool one instead! Great customer service.

We arrived a little early and table was not ready. No problem, we were happy to wait. We were seated on a table suitable for 8 people even though we were a family of 5 with 1 being a baby in a high chair. Table was not set up bit it was clean. We asked the waitress if we could move to a table of 4 next to us and put a high chair at the end, she said no problem and could not understand why we were given a huge table. We ordered our drinks and sent up for our food. On return to our table our cups were waiting but we only had a fork, no knife. I asked another lady who came passed and she said that she will go and get some. After about 5 minutes still no knives I asked another lady and she supplied them a short while later. We ate iur food and had to request or someone to take our dessert order, after we finished we again had to request our bill. On arrival with the bill she had the card machine ready and she was waiting for me to tap, we had no time to even check the bill and discuss about payments as this was a treat for my 3 boys dad for father's day and my 2 eldest wanted to make a contribution towards it but I felt rushed and ended up paying it myself which caused total confusion amongst my 2 eldest

When l shop at Costco or visit a friend who lives local, we always book a table at Costco. We love it. The food is plentiful hot and delicious. Excellent value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to visit again.

First time I have visited this iconic establishment and it won't be the last. If you want great food, friendly staff & nice ambience this is where you need to go. Reasonable prices make it even more appealing,apart from the no cooking/washing up for hours on a Sunday. Good choice of roast meats, awesome roast potatoes, giant Yorkshire puds & great variety of veggies make this a Sunday treat that you'll want to repeat. Big thumbs up for Toby Carvery. Top tip: If you are a big eater get the large plate. It's worth the extra money. I had the standard size & I was stuffed.

The carvery was warm at best, not hot, except for the carrots and peas which had just been brought out freshly cooked. The selection of vegetables was not enough (tlhere were none that I liked!). The chef was very rude towards a couple of my party. The ladies' toilets were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned or checked all day! The only good thing I can say is that our waiter was very nice. This restaurant used to be so lovely but, sorry to say, I definitely won't be visiting again.

Spent the afternoon outside in the sun. The food was not the best. If this is the home of the roast potatoes I'm glad they are not in my home. Everything lukewarm. Potatoes like rubber. The sundae was good. Everything prepared too soon and left too long

What went wrong with this place. Used to love coming here but its rapidly gone down hill . It’s been taken over buy teenagers who obviously don’t give a dam about the customers or the food . We sat on table 18 our waitress was very blunt same was the girl who showed us to the table They seriously need some training on customer service , no drinks to choose from as no gas and about 3 bottled drinks to choose from . The food was inedible dry as the Sahara desert . And to add insult to injury there was pounding rap music coming from the kitchen we couldn’t even hear each other talk . Will never come here again and we will be telling our friends Not to bother either .

visited on 10/3/2022 Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff especially the young lady at the booking's desk. i daughter booked a table for her 17th Birthday and although she booked a table for 6 there was 7 of us which we accept was a mistake however the attitude of the young lady in trying to resolve the problem stunk and one of the excuses for not letting us take a table was that they didn't have enough meat ! and when we said her younger brother would have pasta instead instead she still refused. i think the staff require better customer services training to say the least.

Great steak house with selection of food and drinks. Ample parking and great service.
