Zaza Bushey in Hertsmere

Very nice place to eat, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, the food was so delicious, went there twice with my family and will definitely go back again. One thing only, it takes too long to call any of the waiters as they are super busy, it would be better if there are more waiters, or if they come regulary to check on us as it will speed up the time we stay there. Otherwise everything is perfect there.

I love the place nice and cosy, and staff are very friendly, food is good. I been going time to time. I would say before pandemic they took longer to cook they mains. Drinks are great, deserts are beautiful.But I have horrible allergy on dust. And those beautiful decorative trees haven been clean in very long time. Windows are dirty. But mainly trees. And dust is falling on my food and drinks. Can't you guys hier cleaner and sort it out? It is beautiful place but seeing dust falling on my plate makes me feel sick.

Really yummy! We ordered the meatball papardelle and spaghetti carbonara with garlic bread😍 Staff were also really lovely and polite!

Went out for family dinners multiple times here, the food here is absolutely delicious, you can understand why it’s packed even on a Monday night! Recommend any of the pastas especially the spicy tomato one and the pesto! Also the fried aubergine is the only crispy one I have found so far and is so tasty. Best Italian for miles.

PERFECT EVERY TIME - it's hard to find any faults here the service atmosphere and food are consistent everytime. The atmosphere is very relaxed and you WILL always have a good time here. You can clearly see the effort the team put into maintaining the standards of their restaurant 🍻

The worst risotto I've ever had. I ordered the vegetarian risotto and honestly it was unacceptably bad. To put perspective on how bad it was, it was worse than an instant risotto from aldi.I had to add buckets of salt, pepper, hard cheese, chilli oil, chilli flakes, cut chilli's to tease out some flavour and make it edible. I still struggled, as can be seen by my photo, to finish it.The pizza and courgette fries were enjoyed by the group I was with. But 2 other members of our party also complained about the quality of their mains, suggesting it was ready meal standard.I don't know if the quality of food we got was at all related to our meals being ordered near the end of service, but it just was not good.I'd however like to leave a major compliment to the waiters at the restaurant who are are impeccable.

Food is amazing we eat quite often here as we are local.We celebrate every family event and we never get tired of their food.Food is fresh all the time and they above and beyond to make you feel welcome.Garden dinning in the summer its a dream👏Well done 😘

Went there for my daughter in law's birthday. Was pleasantly surprised by the decor. All the staff were warm and welcoming and my steak was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be coming back with more of my family for my birthday in a few months.Thanks again to all of the Zaza staff.Claudette

I was very excited to book this place and finally went last weekend. It was truly an amazing experience. The food was so tasty, the best Italian place nearby Watford. The staff were very good as well, they had very nice recommendations. I'm definitely visiting again. Its a great place for dates, special occasions and friend as well.Salmon was amazing so was the crab & prawn linguini.
