Bella Italia Huntingdon in Huntingdonshire

Upon entering the restaurant, we were impressed with the layout and style. Once seated in a cosy booth, we glanced through the menu, impressed with the vast selection of dishes and drinks.The drinks were mostly brilliant, the only exception being the limoncello being served in a shot glass, meaning we needed to order lemonade as it was strong. This noteably did not detract from the experience.The starters were fantastic; great flavours, serving size and selection. Our mains offered a generous portion but not too heavy, also very tasty. Desserts again were delicious and a perfect portion size.Currently rated number 1 on Trip Advisor and I can see why. Will definitely visit again and can highly recommend.Thank you for a lovely meal Bella Italia!

i love Bellas but on 1 occasion here i was told that a particular dessert dish was free from nuts and suitable for me and my nut allergy. Which they started making, then when they told me how to check the allergy menu via my phone i was not satisfied that they understood the allergy and seemed to be joking and not taking it seriously and when i checked the dish i had ordered may contained peanuts which is a no go ! so i had to cancel the dessert they did bring me a large hot chocolate drink to soothe the problem though

£13.99 meal deal is good value for money, nice clean and tidy venue with interesting decor. The staff were prompt to deal with our requests and the food was very good. Worth a visit

They had some unique options (at least to me) & the food had a great homemade taste. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of salt. That's my issue. I'll request reduced salt next time.

We had such a lovely dinner here. Service was great we were so hungry we forgot to take photos haha. We can't wait to come back.Update- we've dined here a few times now and we love it here!

The ambiance is always nice, lots of seating and the service friendly. The vegan pasta was okay very bland and the mushroom pasta was marginally better. Needs massive improvement if the chain wants to cater to vegans and vegetarians.

Takeaway: had calamari and mushroom pasta. Both overcooked and greasy ( see pile of oil at bottom of calamari pot) Squid themselves similar consistency to beef jerky. Mayo quite nice. Mushrooms themselves were tasty but sauce lacking in seasoning and not enough for the amount of pasta. Over all disappointed.

Upon entry I was asked for my mobile number. As I was unsure what the purpose of this was, I asked. I was told it was because of COVID. As I didn't want COVID having my phone number I declined to disclose it. The food was good and served promptly. The restaurant and toilets were clean too.

My favorite restaurante in Huntingdon area!! I tried the Bolognese Spaghetti and it was incredible, a lot of flavor and well cooked... also we tried the house tea and a green salad, all was delicious.The place is cozy and charming and the people who attend the place are very kind and welcoming... the food arrives to the table in probably between 15 to 20 minutes.I will go again in the future for sure!
