Nice Food although took 45 minutes to come out...wasn't told this on arrival..wouldn't normally mind if wasnt only person waiting for food at 7.30pm

I am gluten intolerant and was treated very well. I had a lovely meal that was brought out first and separately, 2 members had mixed grill and asked for their steak medium rare and it arrived both medium rare and hot. Very good value and we will be back.

Met a work colleague for a breakfast meeting. Service was excellent. Food really good. Plenty of choice and limitless hot drinks.

·

Great experience for a family on a budget. The food was great and reasonably priced. The service was polite, attentive and not pushy. We will definitely be going back even though its a bit out of the way.

As just off the A14 used it as a meeting place. To meet up with family. Enjoyed a lovely meal . All very tastey, great selection of drinks. Standard Brewers Fare menu. Good value. Good food. Nice friendly staff.

Lovely friendly greeting from the only member of staff who was running the bar and greeting customers. She still took the time to seat us and run through the buffet options. Thats the good bit....sadly the food was mediocre and not that warm.

Excellent service! Unlimited hot english breakfast option, included in the Premier Inn hotel stay next door. Grilled food is fantastic! Great value lunch option 2 meals for £9 til 6pm mon-fri.

Visited last Sunday evening with my family, really disappointed with the service and food we got. Food was of poor quality, my mum and dad's chicken was rubbery and inedible. Food wasn't served overly hot, maybe they should invest in a food thermometer and some retraining in food standards and safety in the kitchen? Food should leave the kitchen at 75 degrees centigrade. My side if fries was tiny and tasted like they have been sat under a hotlamp for ages, I've seen kids portions bigger at other places. The chilli wasn't much bigger either. Bar staff need to be aware of the weights and measures act as the beer I was served clearly was not a pint. Staff also gave impression that they couldn't be bothered to be there. A shame really as it used to be a fairly decent place. We were hoping to have booked a large party there for Christmas day, we shall not be doing that and have opted for another local establishment. Shame burger king was closed when we left.

We arrived at noon and had lunch. It was difficult to find our way from the services turnoff to the restaurant because the sign posting is poor. We thought we might have to settle for McDonald's as that was easy to find but aim for the Premier Inn and it is just behind. Service was good and food arrived quicker than expected freshly cooked and very good. Very good value and service so will use again when passing. Unexpectedly good services for UK.

Popped in this morning for breakfast with out a reservation and they managed to squeeze us in. It was back to normal with buffet style dining. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because the hash browns were a little oily. Apart from that great meal and great staff excellent service. 👍
