Burger King in Huntingdonshire

Unlike McDonald's I find this chain always fill you up and the quality of food is always better and fresh

Very disappointed with this restaurant, hadn’t had a burger king for years but on the way back after a long day decided to pull through the drive through.Basically the diet cokes we ordered were warmer than our food. Not only was the coke at room temperature but also completely flat, wonder how long they had been sitting out!! The food was cold and overall disappointed, won’t be back there again.

Really friendly and efficient staff who seem to care what they were doing and did it well... I had the King Box melt meal...very good.

Have used before and no problems. But sadly this time it was grease city! Was freshly cooked, lovely. But by the time I had drove my 3min journey home, the grease had seeped out of the wrapper, out of the paper bag and gone on the seat of my work van. Hence to say unedable bap, no lie, I could wring out. Staff who served me was friendly enough. Not good this time

Placed order on justeat for 3x whoppers - 1 with no sauces due to intolerance. Tried ringing restaurant to explain this but no answer. So we placed the order and put the no sauce comments in the notes. Well the burger arrived with sauce. Again, tried ringing numerous times and no answer. Clear to say we won’t be using this branch again

Filled in a survey to get a free whopper but when collecting it via the drive through the manager wanted us to come in store which wasn’t possible he then reminded me how much of an inconvenience it was to him. The whopper that then was served us was like it was scooped up from the bin and not fresh at all I genuinely believe that was what happened.So for originally leaving great feedback to get a freebie I was treated like an inconvenience and worse served food which wasn’t ok to eat. This franchise is struggling with service and quality of food so I will never go back and don’t really recommend you do.

20th March 22 - We will not be going here again. Less than half a cup of coffee for £2:49. I was told that's what the machine dispensed. Why put it in a big cup with a lid on? Wasn't we supposed to notice? I now assume all Berger Kings are the same!!! Positive point the chips were nice.

It's a burger king so you know roughly what you are getting going in and it's at the services too so expect busier and smaller seating. There were two reasons it was four stars though.1) The service was slow, drinks made and left to warm up/ cool down on the counter when the food wasn't near ready yet. I could actually suck the milkshake up the straw and it wasn't that cold.2) The place was hot no air conditioning and large windows so you melted in the sun. This was a mild spring day i would hate to be there in the summerIt deserves the four stars though as the food when it arrived was all I hoped for.

Used drive thru, intercom didn't work, went to the main window to order and then it took around 10 minutes to complete. Was not very fast food. Burger and fries were good, standard burger King food, slow service

You can really tell the difference with Burger King. The burgers taste wonderful. The Chicken Royal was just fantastic. Lots of taste and presented really well. The chips were served pipping hot and were delicious. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I will definitely return here.
