Costa Coffee in Huntingdonshire

Absolute my appalling service. There was one person in front of me and it took 15 mins to get served, I asked for an iced caramel latte and they gave me a hot one, I mentioned this to the team member and she rolled her eyes and then spoke a laughed with her Co workers for about five minutes. It’s the same every time I go here, each staff member has little to no competence.

Amazing team at this local Costa. There is always a positive atmosphere with good service. The layout is good for both family trips and working away from the home.The environment is also regularly cleaned to a good level and no rogue coffee cups lefts scattered around.

Friendly and very quick staff, great for opening times as being in a retail park the coffee shop opens early in the morning which is great for an early bird like me

Quite a long wait but we went around lunch time so was expected. No toilet roll in the toilets but other than that, the food was good and it was clean inside.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly, place is always very nice 👌

The location of this Costa is not great. It's not surrounded by anything particularly attractive to look at but inside the premise is always lovely and clean and it has a lovely warm ambiance (regardless of the car park / B&Q it faces).What makes this place especially good however is the staff. I'm not sure if he's the manager, but there's one person there in particular who is always warm, friendly and very helpful and greets everyone with a smile. He seems to get on well with staff and customers alike. A true credit to the Costa team.

A bit of a queue to be served on a Friday morning, but sat sewing for a couple of hours and it never became full or particularly noisy. Very pleasant in the sun.

This is a great place to have a coffee. Was a bit tatty when it first opened. It has raised its game and is now good. Parking is easy and staff are very helpful

This particular store was large & spacious. The service was good.

Great place for a coffee and a light bite ample parking and dedicated disabled parking by the Store. Set in the first unit as you enter the east Huntingdon retail park this Store is busy but not crowded there are sometimes tables just outside the store in summer the carpark is shared by the other units opposite with a crossing to the main entrance. Hygiene rated 5 helpfull frendly and helpfull staff.
