Really lovely garden centre with a wide range of products. Helpful staff without being too pushy. Good quality Too. Lovely cafe with plenty of outside seating. Great selection of cakes!

I go to Frosts quite often for a cup of coffee and I'm always happy with the service and quality of coffee. All ladies are very nice and it's also clean and tidy inside. Tables are wiped immediately after customers leave so people can take the table immediately. Thumbs up :)

This is a nice garden centre for a leisurely visit and to have lunch. The restaurant has good food and it's always clean and tidy with friendly staff. The actual garden centre has a wide range of plants, tree's and general gardening items. There is also a large shopping area with things like house plants, gifts and books. Overall a pleasant place to spend a few leisurely hours. I would have given the centre five stars but thought the plants were a bit on the expensive side, hence the four stars.

Ample parking.A small clothing area.Good candle selection.Nice house plant area..Currently in spring an area for outdoor furniture. The inside homeware selection is small but ample, although thats not the main event.....The cafe is.It's extremely popular, and most people seem to be heading towards it. It can get busy at peak times, and apparently I hear it does a lovely Sunday lunch. The outdoor selection of plants is a great size.Excellent selection of roses.Worth a visit..

Went to Frosts as we had never been before and usually go to a different garden centre. Was lovely to look around and they had a good selection of things both plants and not. We went to the cafe and had some breakfast. The prices were a little expensive but garden centres often are. I found my poached egg had hints of vinegar soaked into the bread. I'm not sure if it was on purpose or came from the egg but I'd have preferred without. Minor complaint though as we enjoyed the morning!Came back again and had afternoon tea which was lovely!

We had a Sunday roast which was rather disappointing. Our food was served in pasta bowls (?) and whilst this may have looked rustic, it pushed all the food together and made it rather soggy and hard to eat. However this didn’t affect the carrots, broccoli and cauliflower as they were rubbery, too chunky and hard to cut up. The nut roast looked and tasted like Christmas stuffing and because of the bowls, it ended up being soggy as I couldn’t separate it. Didn’t quite understand the watercress as a garnish either. We weren’t offered any condiments. For dessert we had various cakes with our tea and coffees, and they were much better.Try not to sit under the air conditioning as it can be quite chilly. We didn’t like to ask to be moved as it was very busy.

Garden part was fine although in the middle of changing things over so bad timing from our point of view. Very disappointed as cafevonly had full fat milk, who has that these days. The lady even said everyone has skimmex/semi skimmed now days so why didn't someone go and get some rather than wait for some to come in!! Other than enjoyed my morning but didn't have any coffee.

We had lunch here and was very pleased to see they were able to make Gluten Free sandwiches and had other options. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great garden centre with lots of lovely things.

I liked coming in here to see the Christmas decorations and sitting in the cafe to have a cold drink/ice cream. There is a good range of products to choose from
