Late delivery (over an hour late) and food was cold, won’t use again

Lovely food always spot on …… but when I ordered on line New Year’s Eve I was given the choice of a delivery time which I wanted it at 1830 so was surprised when it arrived at 1720 ……. They were lucky we were in didn’t enjoy it as I wasn’t hungry so please check before delivery next time

Always deliver on time, never had an order wrong, food is always hot and fresh, the food is also very tasty and portion sizes are very good too. The drivers also very polite and friendly. Would recommend 10/10

Lovely food but not good at delivery timing. Need to improve that, otherwise a great takeaway. Also need to sort out the reviews on the website, two different pictures with the same name is not good - just rely on your food quality

Great food and always plenty of it. Friendly staff. And you can see into the kitchen. Good parking and they deliver.

Absolutely top notch takeaway! Honestly one of the nicest, if not the nicest takeaway we've had. After a new Chinese takeaway due to open in our area taking way too long, we tried Golden Gate for the first time a few months back as it also delivers to us unlike many other places. We found this to be amazing and to be sure have had it again several times. After about 5 more times and each one being perfect I felt compelled to give a 5* review with no doubt. Absolutely Bob on. Keep up the great food and service. Thank you.

Not our usual takeaway so used for the first time. Food was tasty, service was efficient and polite. They delivered to Stilton which was a bonus. The food was tasty and arrived within the hour. Would defo order again from there!

21/09/2016 - tonight we brought our usual order. The food has left us feeling sick. The crackers were stale, the chips looked like they had been fried a few times, and the rest tasted fatty and reheated. The costumer services was impeccable. Don't know what is happening as it never use to be like this. We would have called to complain but we didn't want any replacement. :(

We have used Golden gate now for a few years and never had a bad meal yet, good portions and always deliver on time.You can also pay by debit card over the phone which is very handy if you don't have the cash to hand.

It was ok food a couple of times but we did have to call and have a chow mein replaced as the noodles or the chicken were off and the smell of it was revolting really was not good. Also we ordered quite a few dishes and they forgot the sauce and burnt the chicken balls so called and asked to have it replaced the delivery guy turns up and asks for the chicken balls of which I gave the dog two so he called the manager who said well you have consumed some of them and was so rude but he never said he wanted all of them back so we told him to keep the new and old balls and the sauce which never arrived the first time and we've never eaten from there again but have tried the Beijing up Hampton and wow that's good Chinese and they deliver to Yaxley.
