K F C in Huntingdonshire

Food was piping hot, tasty, what you expect from KFC. Service was a little slow in the drive through but I'll take it if it means hot food. I had mash and the wife had beans as sides but wasn't served any cutlery, only reason it gets 4 out of 5.

I bit into the vegan burger and it’s rock solid (this was the case for 2 burgers) I can’t even eat them they are so over cooked! We usually go to st Neots which is great, but had to go Huntingdon as we were over that way! Will not be going back.

A real lack of service without any good reason for it.When we ordered through the self-service machines we didn't get a receipt; when we got our order they forgot the drinks - we asked for the drinks & they asked what they were... they gave us what we wanted but how does it get missed on a order for 2 people? Real lack of care. Looked like there was only one person actually running the kitchen while the others restocked supplies.It was a quiet point in the night (9-10pm - it shuts at 10) but you don't expect to wait 20 minutes for 2 box meals & to have no semblance of service to accompany it.We've dropped in here before after a film & it was always good, so we're very disappointed. At other times it's probably better but this wasn't good by any measure.2 stars because the food at least was on par for KFC.

If there was an option to have negative stars I'd tick that! On one occasion they forgot our order, then, on complaining we had been waiting 20 minutes they served us with completely the wrong order! Requested a refund and left.Second visit, the food (2 x Quorn burgers) was stone cold in the middle. Fillet burgers looked like they had just thrown the fillings at the box! I requested a refund which was met with a blank expression and no apology whatsoever. I'm actually glad we didn't eat here as the place was dirty, no tables wiped down, bins overflowing, a staff member was actually sitting on the preparation counter! Avoid this place, just a matter of time before someone gets serious food poisoning. Food standards need to pay a visit here as soon as possible. Two disappointed kids on both occasions.....thanks.

Worst KFC I've ever been to. Orders frequently missing items and the food is noticeably worse than other KFCs, which is quite the achievement given the standardisation of menus and ingredients across the country. Such a shame this is our closest KFC.

Just a few customers inside but it was still a disgustingly dirty place. Ordered 2 menus only got 1 and when realised it and went back 5 minutes later they closed already during opening hours around 20:40. Knocked on the locked door but staff ignored me. Why don't you close this place or change the whole staff? There is something very seriously wrong here.

They had no chicken peices they said (after I ordered and paid) Cold fries. They put 2 mini fillets in a chicken zinger tower burger. 25 mins in drive thru. 2 cars infront of me. No apologies.

It was the most dirty place I've ever seen. The toilet looked disgusting because it seemed has never been even hoovered. Tales and sing were dirty too... even I couldn't wash my hands there. It has to be changed!

We went here at lunchtime as my daughter requested it with a couple of friends for her birthday. Considering we were the only people waiting for food the service was a little on the slow side. The ordering screens were dirty and didn't work which considering we are still in a pandemic, is a little worrying as these things should be cleaned regularly. The food itself was fine and as to be expected. Before we left, my little boy needed to visit the toilets, and unfortunately I was appalled by how disgusting they were. They stank really bad and there was pee all over the floor. The sinks were dirty and the cubicle floor was filthy too. Maybe it is under staffed and they don't have time to clean, but in an eating establishment and in the midst of a pandemic, the hygiene in this restaurant leaves a lot to be desired.

Worst portion of fry's I've ever had would not have filled a small child up the burger was rubbish in a bun with something that resembles a mayo and a bit of lettuce .In October I don't expect it have air con on that it's was warmer outside .and I don't mind music but it was dire the speakers distorted the sound and was that ah! yeh! uh! music certainly not to my taste as a family place will not use again should have guessed something was wrong with nobody sitting inside would have given no star's but the young server was very polite.NB.Also the floors were very sticky underfoot avoid bad cleaning standards in front of house.The tables were dirty in the end I went back to the car to eat I'll have to stop complaining now as this will end up like the war and peace book but I think other reviews say it all .
