Lotus House Chinese Take Away in Huntingdonshire

Lotus House is a great establishment. The food is always delicious and the menu has a lot of choice. Their delivery time is always good and the food is still hot. Highly recommended :)

The Google website was linking to the wrong take away, menu looked the same so we had no way of knowing as didn’t check contact us page weirdly because found website on Google and just assumed new look menu with new colouring. Despite being linked clearly to same company and the website being on Google to the wrong Lotus House we can’t get a refund on the items placed. So no food and out of pocket with zero customer service. Be careful if you order online. Now magically the website updated again but yet they know nothing of the error.

Great service tonight ordered on the App at 5.10 and finished eating it by 5.45 😀 very fast service and pipping hot

Used many times before for delivery. Placed an order online (as usual) this evening only to get a message saying you are too far away for delivery and your payment will be refunded in 3 to 5 days! Not happy 😡

Best bar-b-que spare ribs in Town big and jusy full of meat unlike some others were all you get is a little bit of meat and all bone. And I don't know where Martin Land is coming from with his review must have got mixed up with another Lotus House brcause 01480 is a Huntingdon number not a london number

Nice takeaway but just lately they have been slipping. My order tonight- beef and chicken dry chow mein, really nice. Sweet and sour chicken balls..... BURNT not so good. Chips........ Passable but not great, a bit well done. Chicken balls have been like this before so won't be ordering them again!Not all doom and gloom, alot of the menu is very nice.

WARNING: Do not under any circumstances order online from this establishment. This is a scam, pure and simple. I paid (and it has been debited to my card) and when we went to collect it they denied having received the order or the payment. Look very carefully at their website and you will see it has a London Phone Number!

Me and the Mrs ordered a Chinese from here and they said it would be about 45 mins. It turned up with in 8 mins how they cooked it in that time 🤷‍♂️. Some of the food was not up to standard I only asked for a part refund they heavily declined. Customer service not up to standard

Portions always good price no difference as most take aways limited parking an issue . Most dishes full of flavour beef chewy in most dishes and ribs over cooked even with a sauce . But take away itself is one of the better ones around and I always go back and order from lotus .

I always get a very good service when I buy from here. The lad on the counter at the weekend, Sam is always very polite and helpful, especially when I can't decide what I'd like. I'm a pescatarian, so often order the Thai king prawn curry all the salt and pepper prawns or Tofu which is always very nice. Recommend.
