McDonald's in Huntingdonshire

Went for snack as treat for the little one. Ordered, sat down, food brought after a few minutes by Josh. No drinks.Waited 10 minutes went to chase up drinks, he had forgotten!Waited a bit but got my drink wrong. Found Josh who had the effrontry to argue that I had got it wrong, he brought iced Fanta, I had asked for fat Coke with no ice, we all agreed on that. Josh still tried to argue that I was wrong, they are even different colours never mind the ice situation. Very rude stance for him to take especially when he pointed to the screen. Sadly for him his boss had taken the order at the counter!

Sad to see they don't do the breakfast in a tray and no begals but the sausage and egg muffin was as it should be. Staff were good though

We ordered from this mcdonalds restaurant last night via uber eats. When we got our food we were really disappointed as we had received someone else's order 👎We then tried to contact uber, but you can't get through to a person on their app. Not knowing whether we will ever receive a refund we contacted the mcdonalds store. We then got through to Dan, and he said to us to come down and he will sort us out, even though it should be down to uber to issue refunds etc.He then gave us the same order with a discount on a one off occasion. This is probably the best outcome for us and we were really happy with the service that Dan gave us, despite being run off his feet on a busy Saturday night.🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

2 members of staff each taking a table for 4 people, when asked if we could sit on opposite side they refused saying they had a 10 min break, not very good customer service when the restaurant was absolutely packed and it was lunch time, floor was filthy tables were full of rubbish, definitely not the best macdonald I have been to

There was a older lady working by the doors and in the restaurant area. She made the visit amazing. Helpful and engaging. Interacted with my kids and was friendly and polite the whole Time, even when I messed up the very clear ordering advice she gave me. Food was mcdonalds standard, but this lady did make the trip stand out. 5 stars just for her.

Staff are friendlier than your average McDonald's. I was asked if I wanted any sauces, and there were a stack of napkins in my bag. I'm not used to this but should be standard. Thank you.

We have visited on several occasions, my wife had the Bohemia breakfast previously, it was a great portion size. However, on the recent occasion, the shredded ham on it was sparse. Otherwise all good.

The staff are always so nice and friendly at this McDonald's, Alot more then any other I have been to which I think shows its a nice place to work and therefore the product is top notch as a result....the food is always fresh and great!

Very rude staff that just stare blankly at customers instead of serving them.They also claim to be open 24 hours and yet they close for up to 2 hours aEVERY day to supposedly update the tills (which is obviously not true).The customer service team never respond to messages either!Brampton Hut McDonald's just down the road is far better in every way.

It's getting worse and worse in here... everytime we order some food there is something missing. Same today, Mozzarella Dippers x2 - not in the bag, unfortunately we realised we didn't have it when we got home. Another thing - the codes on the boxes exp 04/05/2021 ??? It's September 2021 already...
