Mcdonald's in Huntingdonshire

Take away from macdonalds consisted of 4 meals but I didn’t realise they don’t do chips with these anymore ??? I wonder how many stars the people working tonight have? No confirmation of order at window I think the girl mentioned something but nothing to confirm. No receipt so unable to properly complain. I’m not surprised people were hooting their horns at the car waiting

Waited nearly 5 minutes at the window then i made a joke about her forgetting about me and she didn't even apologise ( blank face, no emotion) just handed me the food that was cold. Not good when the kids are moaning

Slow at serving, understand it was quite busy, but didn't seem "controlled". This I believe is what lead to being served cold chips and burger and also forgot to add items to order.

Well, having not been here for a few years, recently I have come to use the drive through and today I went in for food. Clean floors. Some tables looked a bit sticky. Food was hot and served promptly. Breakfasts on all recent visits.

Service prompt and friendly. Was a bit miffed as to why out of about 5-6 females with long hair, weren't wearing hair nets. A lad with a beard had a net over that and I could only see 1 girl with a net on her bun, but had hair pulled down at sides. The others either had ponytails not in bun type or in a bun type but all had bits at front and sides down from their caps....if they wore a cap. Not very hygienic.

11/6/22 ordered 4 breakfast meals and only discovered that we had been short changed of two Hash Browns. In the grand scheme of things its not the end of the world but this has happened to me so many times (only at this store). Always happens when using the drive thru

Staff were lovely but the cheese burgers were dry and the chips were soggy and limp. Filled a hole, but was not my finest McDs. Enjoyed the strawberry milkshake.

Closed at 11pm instead of 12am as stated. Bit disappointed as we ordered to eat in at around 1040pm and only found out they were closed when we collected our food. Waited a while for food, not the staffs fault, they were really busy and understaffed by the looks of things. Staff clearly stressed out.

Ordered through Just Eat and got my order delivered and part of someone else’s too. Not a problem, mistakes happen, but when I phoned up 4 times to try and let them know; no answer! I hope the family that’s missing part of their order has better luck getting through on phone.

Had to wait 30 minutes for two cheeseburgers and fries and drinks as they were too busy with Uber Eats, we collect the food and it's cold, my mom has a cheeseburger and she opens it and it doesn't have any meat in it. chips are disgusting too
